自主招生视角下大学特色办学研究

【摘要】：特色办学是新时期国家对大学办学提出的更高要求,它不但符合教育发展的内在规律,而且是大学在激烈的竞争中保持生命力的源泉。在自主招生制度之下,学校和学生之间优化匹配,做到强强联合,相得益彰。反过来,大学特色办学也适应了学生的心理和思维特点,是充分体现学生个性的适应性办学。这种情况下,学校和学生之间达到了一种“双赢”的状态。大学招收到适合本校特色的人才就可以推动大学进一步推动教学改革,有利于特色办学。本文采用多种研究方法,在对自主招生制度和大学特色办学已有研究的基础上,借鉴国外大学自主招生和特色办学的经验,探讨我国自主招生制度和大学特色办学二者关系,提出若干新观点和建议。笔者认为,特色办学包括三个层面：一是特色从无到有的转变；二是从特色不鲜明到特色鲜明的发展；三是大学反思、探索如何利用本校特色去培养一些具有特色的、创新型、素质精良的人才。在此基础上,笔者强调指出,提高高等教育质量是自主招生和大学特色办学的终极目标；扩大高校办学自主权是自主招生和特色办学的共同诉求；大学理想和使命是走自主招生与特色办学之路的的备忘录；创新人才培养是自主招生与特色办学形成良性循环的内动力。
[Abstract]:The characteristic school running is the higher request to the university in the new period. It not only accords with the inherent law of the development of education, but also is the source of the university's vitality in the fierce competition. Under the independent enrollment system, schools and students between the optimization of matching, to achieve a strong combination, complement each other. On the other hand, the characteristic school also adapts to the students' psychological and thinking characteristics, which fully reflects the students' personality. In this case, the school and the students to achieve a "win-win" state. Recruiting talents suitable for the university can promote the teaching reform and help the university to run the school with its own characteristics. On the basis of the existing research on the independent enrollment system and the university characteristic school running, this paper discusses the relationship between the independent enrollment system and the university characteristic school running in our country by using the experience of foreign universities for reference. Some new viewpoints and suggestions are put forward. The author thinks that the characteristic school has three levels: one is the change of the characteristic from scratch; the other is the development from the characteristic to the distinctive; the third is the reflection of the university to explore how to use the characteristics of the school to cultivate some distinctive and innovative. A person of good quality. On this basis, the author emphatically points out that improving the quality of higher education is the ultimate goal of independent enrollment and university running with characteristics, expanding the autonomy of running school is the common demand of independent enrollment and characteristic running. The ideal and mission of the university is the memorandum of independent enrollment and characteristic running school, and the cultivation of innovative talents is the internal motive force of forming the virtuous circle between the independent enrollment and the characteristic running school.
