专业认证背景下护理学本科专业培养目标构建调查分析

【摘要】：针对专业认证标准中"利益方"所涉及的学校教师、学生、用人单位和行业本身四个群体,开展了护理学本科专业人才培养目标构建要素的调查分析。本研究采用问卷调查的方法,结果显示:最重要的人才培养目标、知识领域、基本能力、基本素质分别是身体心理目标、护理学专业知识、临床应用能力、专业素质。建议在专业认证背景下,护理学本科专业培养目标的构建应注重教育观念更新、课程体系改革,强化学生职业素质教育、临床实践能力培养,重视职业态度目标表述。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the four groups of school teachers, students, employers and the profession itself, which are involved in the "interest party" in the professional certification standard, the author has carried out an investigation and analysis on the construction elements of the training objectives of undergraduate nursing professionals. The results showed that the most important training goal, knowledge field, basic ability and basic quality were physical and psychological goal, nursing professional knowledge, clinical application ability and professional quality. It is suggested that under the background of professional certification, attention should be paid to the renewal of educational concept, the reform of curriculum system, the strengthening of students' professional quality education, the cultivation of clinical practice ability and the expression of professional attitude goal.
