【摘要】：学习期望，不仅影响着大学生的学习热情和学习参与度，也影响着他们学习目标的达成，只有现实的大学学习情况与大学生的学习期望相符才会促成其较好的学习收获，长远的甚至影响到他们今后的职业生涯。我国已有研究多关注外界对于大学生的期望，对大学生为主体的期望、特别是学习期望关注很少。本研究结合运用教育学与心理学，提出学习期望的概念，以期望理论、大学影响力模型为理论基础，通过对华中科技大学和文华学院大学生进行问卷调查和访谈，探究大学生的学习“期望”与学习收获“现实”之间的距离，，并以年级和院校为变量研究不同大学生群体的学习期望和学习收获。结果表明：大学生的学习期望和学习收获在年级和院校上存在显著差异，同时证实了大学生学习期望对大学生学习收获有显著的预测作用。在数据统计基础上，从个人因素和外部因素两方面探讨大学生学习期望形成及产生差异的原因：个人因素主要包括人口学特征（性别、生源地）、家庭背景（家庭社会经济背景、父母受教育程度）、入学前经历；外部因素主要包括高校经验（院校内部环境、社会性人际互动）和社会环境。本文提出通过构建和实现学习期望提升大学生学习收获的对策建议：重视和把握大学生的学习期望，改善新生教育和指导；开展期望教育，帮助大学生合理构建学习期望；创造不同群体大学生学习期望实现的条件；进行大学生学习期望和实现情况的跟踪指导；促使大学生、家长以及社会对大学生学习期望的构建和实现发挥积极作用。
[Abstract]:Learning expectation not only affects the students' learning enthusiasm and learning participation, but also affects their learning goals. Only the actual university learning situation and the college students' learning expectation will contribute to their better study harvest, and even affect their career career in the future. For college students' expectations, there is little concern for college students' expectations, especially learning expectations.
Combined with the use of pedagogy and psychology, the concept of learning expectation is put forward. Based on the theory of expectation and the model of University influence, this study explores the distance between the "expectation" of the college students and the "reality" of the students through a questionnaire survey and interviews with the college students of Huazhong University of Science and Technology and Wenhua college. The results show that there are significant differences in college students' learning expectations and learning gains in grades and colleges, and that college students' learning expectations have a significant predictive effect on College Students' learning gains. The two aspects of the Ministry factors are the reasons for the formation and difference of College Students' learning expectations: personal factors mainly include demographic characteristics (sex, birthplace), family background (family socioeconomic background, parents' education level), pre school experience, and external factors mainly including college experience (internal environment, social interpersonal interaction) and social society. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve college students' learning gains through the construction and Realization of learning expectations: to pay attention to and grasp the students' learning expectations, to improve the new education and guidance, to carry out the expected education, to help the college students to build their learning expectations reasonably, to create the conditions for the realization of the students' expectations of different groups of students, and to carry out the study of college students.
