大学生就业心理压力研究

【摘要】：就业是民生之根本，是人们实现自我价值和社会价值的重要手段之一。随着高校扩招、毕业生就业分配制度的改革以及全球性金融危机的影响，大学生的就业竞争日渐激烈，，就业难度日趋增大。面对严峻的就业形势，大学生心理压力问题日渐突出，就业过程中出现了焦虑、自卑、盲目、抑郁等不良心理，大学生因不堪就业压力而选择轻生的行为时有发生。适度心理压力的存在有助于激发个体潜在的动力，但压力感过大或持续时间较长则会造成大学生心理失衡，严重时发展为心理障碍，严重影响大学生心理健康的发展和人生价值的实现，也给高校就业指导工作和思想政治教育工作提出新的挑战。对大学生就业心理压力问题的研究既有助于了解毕业生的就业心理，帮助他们正确应对就业压力，顺利实现就业，也推动了高校就业心理指导工作向更高层次发展。本文首先对就业心理压力的内涵及其双重影响进行了综合阐述，在分析了大学生就业心理压力的表现及其产生原因的基础上，结合目前大学生就业形势以及心理压力现状从营造良好的社会就业环境、发挥高校教育主体作用、转变家庭教育方式和就业观念、培养大学生自我调适能力四方面做了深入研究，提出了针对性的大学生就业心理压力应对策略，希望能为高校大学生就业心理工作的开展提供一些参考。
[Abstract]:Employment is the foundation of people's livelihood and one of the important means to realize self-value and social value. With the expansion of university enrollment, the reform of graduate employment distribution system and the impact of the global financial crisis, the employment competition of college students is becoming increasingly fierce, and the employment difficulty is increasing day by day. In the face of the severe employment situation, the psychological pressure of college students is increasingly prominent, the process of employment appeared anxiety, inferiority complex, blindness, depression and other bad psychology, college students because of the employment pressure and choose suicide behavior has occurred from time to time. The existence of moderate psychological pressure is helpful to stimulate the potential motivation of the individual, but excessive or prolonged stress will lead to college students' psychological imbalance, which will develop into psychological obstacles when serious. It seriously affects the development of college students' mental health and the realization of the value of life, and also puts forward new challenges to the work of employment guidance and ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The study on the employment psychological pressure of college students is not only helpful to understand the graduates' employment psychology, help them to deal with the employment pressure correctly, but also promote the employment psychological guidance work of colleges and universities to a higher level. In this paper, the connotation of employment psychological pressure and its dual influence are expounded, based on the analysis of the expression of employment psychological pressure and the causes of the college students' employment psychological pressure. Combining with the present employment situation and psychological pressure of college students, we should create a good social employment environment, give play to the role of the main body of higher education, change the way of family education and the concept of employment. This paper makes a deep study on the four aspects of cultivating college students' self-adjustment ability, and puts forward some corresponding coping strategies for college students' employment psychological pressure, hoping to provide some references for the development of college students' employment psychological work.
