独立学院毕业生就业困难的现状及对策研究

【摘要】：随着我国大众化教育时代的到来,高校毕业生的就业形势日趋严峻。独立学院是为了满足高等教育发展的需要而进行的新的办学模式的大胆尝试,并受到广泛关注。据调查显示,我国已有300多所独立学院,随着独立学院毕业生陆续走出校门,独立学院毕业生的就业困难已经凸显。而独立学院毕业生的就业问题直接关系到独立学院的存亡和继续发展,因此,充分了解独立学院毕业生的就业现状,分析其就业困难背后深层次的原因,并寻求有效的解决途径,就显得极为重要。本文以研究课题为方向设计了调查问卷,以华中科技大学武昌分校为例,在毕业生当中展开调查；问卷对独立学院毕业生在求职过程中存在的普遍问题设立了问题选项,并对调查结果进行了统计分析,以挖掘现存的问题,最后通过分析探讨问题背后的原因,并提出相应对策。文章分三部分来研究：第一部分分析了当前独立学院毕业生的就业现状：就业总体形势严峻,出现结构性矛盾；就业期望与现实就业环境存在矛盾；毕业生综合素质与用人单位的需要存在矛盾。第二部分主要是对独立学院毕业生就业困难背后原因的探究,明确指出独立学院毕业生的就业困难既有普通高校大学生就业难的共同原因,但是还有其自身的一些特殊原因,并对共同原因和特殊原因进行分析。第三部分,对如何解决独立学院毕业生就业困难提出相应对策：毕业生要认清形势,转变观念,积极主动就业；将就业工作贯穿于学校教育的各个环节和层面；完善就业政策,营造良好的就业环境；充分发挥社会资本对独立学院毕业生就业的促进作用；借鉴国外经验创新独立学院毕业生就业新思路。
[Abstract]:With the coming of mass education in our country, the employment situation of college graduates is becoming more and more serious. Independent colleges are bold attempts to meet the needs of the development of higher education. According to the survey, there are more than 300 independent colleges in China. The employment of independent college graduates is directly related to the survival and continued development of independent colleges. Therefore, we should fully understand the employment situation of independent college graduates and analyze the deep reasons behind their employment difficulties. And seek effective solution way, appear extremely important. This paper designs a questionnaire in the direction of research, and takes Wuchang Branch of Huazhong University of Science and Technology as an example to conduct an investigation among the graduates. The results of the investigation are statistically analyzed in order to excavate the existing problems. Finally, the reasons behind the problems are analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. The article is divided into three parts: the first part analyzes the current employment situation of independent college graduates: the overall employment situation is grim, there are structural contradictions, employment expectations and real employment environment contradictions; There is a contradiction between the comprehensive quality of graduates and the needs of employers. The second part mainly explores the reasons behind the employment difficulties of the graduates of independent colleges, and points out clearly that the employment difficulties of the graduates of independent colleges are not only the common reasons of the employment difficulties of ordinary college students, but also some special reasons of their own. The common cause and special reason are analyzed. In the third part, the author puts forward the corresponding countermeasures on how to solve the employment difficulties of the graduates of independent colleges: the graduates should recognize the situation, change their ideas, take the initiative to obtain employment actively, run the employment work through every link and level of the school education, perfect the employment policy, Create a good employment environment; give full play to the role of social capital to promote the employment of independent college graduates; learn from the experience of foreign countries to create a new way of employment of independent college graduates.
