网络与高校思想政治教育的现代化

【摘要】:科学技术的飞速发展推动着互联网日渐深入到社会生活的各个领域之中,对人类的生存和发展产生着无可取代的重要作用。它不仅是人类的全面发展的一个新的途径和空间,也将人们带到了信息网络时代。知识和信息的爆炸、传递的高效与快捷、人际交流方式的间接性等已经成为这个时代的特征。网络的发展已经成为人类社会进步的一个标志,它让高校的思想政治教育工作看到了新的曙光和希望。但同时,我们也必须以一分为二的辩证地眼光看待互联网。也就是说,网络在带来一系列的优势和发展契机之时,也带来了以往从未有过的冲击与挑战。作为网络使用者最为密集的高校来说,如何面对互联网带来的机遇和挑战,适应当今社会发展的需求,是完成思想政治教育向现代化方向转变中的重点与难点。 本文从网络对当今社会和当代高校学生的思想状况的影响入手,分析了作为思想政治教育的新载体的网络所带来的机遇和挑战,最后明确地指出,面对所有的新机遇和新挑战,必须实现高校思想政治教育向现代化方向的转变。全文共分为五个部分: 第一章,绪论。主要是对本选题的背景、研究意义、研究现状、研究的基本内容和方法的阐述,这一部分内容的阐述,是本文研究的前提。 第二章,互联网是高校思想政治教育的新阵地。网络自它产生的那一刻起,就以其巨大的能量影响着人类社会的发展。在我国,高校是网络实现飞速发展地先驱和先导,随着网络应用的普及,上网的学生数量不断增加,网络对大学生的思想行为的模式、价值目标的取向、道德品质的观念等都产生了深刻地影响。网络已经成为了高校思想政治教育在新时期实现自身发展的最重要的阵地之一。这一章的主要内容包括网络的涵义、基本特点以及基本功能;网络对当代高校学生们在生活方面的影响;网络是思想政治教育最有价值的新的载体;网络时代背景下的高校思想政治教育在内容、方法、以及性质与特点方面呈现出的新面貌。 第三章,互联网时代高校思想政治教育所必须面对的机遇与挑战。网络为高校思想政治教育的发展带来了前所未有的机遇和途径:网络教育形式呈现出来的多样性,使高校思想政治教育活动的感染力得到不断地提升;教育的信息与资源的全球性,使思想政治教育的内容更为丰富更为生动;先进的教育技术,更是为高校思想政治教育软件的开发工作提供了有力地支持;而教育的有的放矢,也使教育活动的针对性得到了不断提高。但互联网也使得思想政治教育在新时期的发展面临着巨大的挑战:网络英文信息的优势地位对我国的主流意识形态产生地威胁;浮于表面的网络思维方式的形成;对传统的思想政治教育所具有的权威性在不同程度上的弱化;网络道德失范的显现及相关法律和法规发展的滞后;对当代高校的学生心灵和精神世界的影响和冲击;对新时期教育者自身所必须具有的素质形成了新的要求。因此,面对新情况和新问题,我们必须及时地调整思想政治教育的发展思路,赋予其时代意义,实现其向现代化的发展。 第四章,互联网时代必须实现高校思想政治教育向现代化方向的转变。这一部分主要从实现向现代化方向转变的意义、理论依据、基本原则和基本内容四大方面进行阐述。一是向现代化方向转变的意义。这一转变是时代赋予的客观需要、是人的现代化的内在需要、是教育现代化的方向保证以及是对传统的思想政治教育的必要补充。二是转变的理论依据。主要是马克思主义的科学体系、社会主义精神文明建设的理论和现代社会发展的理论对思想政治教育向现代化转变的指导。三是转变的基本原则。这是为实现顺利转变所必须遵从的。包括科学性与方向性的相结合、理论与实际的相结合、主导性与多样性的相结合、网上渗透与网下激励的相结合的四大基本原则。四是转变的基本内容。主要包括观念、内容、手段以及评估的现代化。 结语,主要是对全文内容作了总结与提升。
