大学生危机意识教育研究

【摘要】:自人类社会产生以来,“风险”和“危机”都是人们要面临的问题。但大学生对危机和危机意识无论在自身重视程度,还是在感性认识或理性应对能力等方面都还有一定的差距与不足,一旦他们在生活中或学习中面临或发生危机,事前缺乏危机意识,那么,这些危机事件带来的危害是巨大的。就学生而言,轻则影响大学生正常的生活与学习,重则危及自身的安全与生命。就学校而言,轻则影响和破坏学校正常的秩序,严重时还损害学校的声誉与形象,甚至危及组织的生存与发展。就社会而言,大学生在生活中或学习中出现危机,不仅会影响和谐社会的构建,也可能破坏社会的稳定。因此必须对大学生进行危机意识教育,提高他们的危机防范意识和应对意识,改进他们对危机的应对和处理能力。 对大学生进行危机意识教育要求教育者制定正确的危机意识教育目标:教育者通过对大学生实施危机意识教育,培养受教育者应对和处理个人危机的能力,引导大学生产生积极的行为,促进大学生的健康成长和全面发展,进而帮助受教育者树立全局意识,把个人危机的应对融入社会和国家的危机管理之中,使大学生成长为社会需要的、具有高度社会化的综合素质人才,做能够对社会和国家有贡献的人。同时,还要求对大学生进行安全防范教育、生命教育、健康教育和磨难教育四个方面的危机意识内容的教育。接着,还要求在大学生危机意识教育过程中贯彻科学的原则如积极引导原则、预防为主原则及解决思想问题和实际问题相结合的原则等原则来保证大学生危机意识教育的顺利进行。最后,还要求在大学生危机意识教育过程中充分利用活动载体、文化载体及网络载体等载体和疏导教育法、预防教育法及心理咨询法等方法来促进危机意识教育的有效完成。对大学生进行危机意识教育具有极其重要的意义,它不仅有利于大学生的健康成长,还有利于学校的稳定和发展,,更有利于和谐社会的构建。
[Abstract]:Since the emergence of human society, "risk" and "crisis" are the problems that people have to face. However, there are still some gaps and shortcomings in the sense of the crisis and crisis awareness in their own importance, or in the sense of perceptual knowledge or the ability to respond to the crisis. Once they face or have a crisis in their life or study, they are in advance. Lack of crisis awareness, then, the dangers brought by these crises are huge. As for students, light affects the normal life and study of college students and endangers their own safety and life. As far as schools are concerned, light affects and destroys the normal order of the school, and is seriously damaging the reputation and image of the school and even endangering the life of the organization. As far as society is concerned, the crisis in the life or study of college students will not only affect the construction of a harmonious society, but also may destroy the stability of the society. Therefore, it is necessary to educate the students in crisis awareness, improve their awareness of crisis prevention and response, and change their ability to deal with the crisis.
The crisis awareness education for college students requires educators to set up the correct goal of crisis awareness education: educating the students through the education of crisis awareness, training the ability of the educated to deal with and dealing with the personal crisis, guide the students to produce positive behavior, promote the healthy growth and overall development of the College students, and then help the students. The educator sets up the global consciousness, integrates the response of the individual crisis into the crisis management of the society and the state, makes the college students grow into the social needs, has a highly socialized comprehensive quality talent, and is a person who can contribute to the society and the state. At the same time, it is also required to carry out safety prevention education, life education, health education and education for college students. The education of the content of crisis consciousness in the four aspects of hardship education. Then, it is necessary to carry out the principles of scientific principles, such as the principle of positive guidance, the principle of prevention and the principle of solving the combination of ideological problems and practical problems in the process of crisis awareness education for College students. In the course of College Students' crisis awareness education, we should make full use of the carrier of activities, the carrier of cultural carrier and network carrier, the education law, the prevention education law and the psychological consultation method to promote the effective completion of the crisis awareness education. It is of great significance for the College Students to carry out the education of crisis consciousness, which is not only beneficial to the college students. The healthy growth is conducive to the stability and development of the school, and is conducive to the construction of a harmonious society.
