教育实习指导教师工作动机与挑战调查研究

【摘要】:随着知识经济高速发展,国际竞争日益激烈,课程改革不断深化,综合国力的竞争是根本,人才的竞争是关键。要想培养具有完备的基础知识和基本技能的人才就必须高度重视教师教育。因此,越来越多的教育学者开始关注教育实习。教育实习是实现培养目标必不可少的教学环节,是教学计划中的重要组成部分。通过教育实习,可以使学生把知识综合运用于教育和教学实践,以培养和锻炼学生从事教育教学工作的能力。 在教育实习中有三类重要的参与人员,其中包括实习指导教师、实习教师和大学指导教师。在实习活动中,这三者之间的关系如何恰当地处理关乎到教育实习的质量。实习指导教师对实习教师有着举足轻重的作用,可以说是直接影响实习教师的关键人物。 本文对实习指导教师的动机与挑战的调查研究分为四个部分: 第一部分是引言,从我国教师实习发展的现状来提出问题,然后介绍本文的主要研究方法,包括文献分析法、访谈法和观察法,除此之外还有本文的理论价值和现实意义。 第二部分是核心概念与相关研究的梳理。首先是对教育实习和实习指导教师的概念界定。接下来介绍当下中外几种比较有代表性的教育实习模式。由于国内对实习指导教师的研究甚少,因此笔者梳理了国外对实习指导工作意义和策略的研究,以及实习指导教师的相关研究。 第三部分为实习指导教师工作动机与挑战的调查。这一部分主要是结合访谈实录对实习指导工作带来的动机作用和挑战影响进行叙述。实习指导工作带来的动机作用主要体现在自身专业成长方面、人际关系方面、学生方面、外在刺激和鼓励方面还有自身工作任务等方面。对于挑战影响,笔者主要从政策方面、学校方面还有实习指导教师自身方面来研究。 最后一部分为鼓励实习指导教师积极参与实习工作的建议和对策。笔者从国家层面,,学校层面还有教师自身层面来提出意见和建议。教育实习不应该仅仅是师范院校的事,它需要整个教育系统的各类人员关注。教育行政部门从政策上给予保证,师范院校与中小学长期合作,最大限度地调动实习指导教师的积极性,进而提高教育实习的质量。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of knowledge economy, the international competition is increasingly fierce, the curriculum reform is deepening, the competition of comprehensive national strength is the fundamental, the competition of talents is the key. In order to train the talents with complete basic knowledge and basic skills, we must attach great importance to teacher education. Therefore, more and more educational scholars begin to pay attention to educational practice. The teaching practice is the essential teaching link to realize the training goal and the important part of the teaching plan. Through educational practice, students can apply their knowledge to education and teaching practice comprehensively, so as to cultivate and train students' ability to engage in educational and teaching work. There are three kinds of important participants in educational practice, including intern instructor, intern teacher and university tutor. In the practice activities, how to deal with the relationship between the three is related to the quality of educational practice. Practice guidance teachers play an important role in practice teachers, and can be said to be the key figures directly affecting internship teachers. This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction, which puts forward the problems from the current situation of teacher practice development in China, and then introduces the main research methods of this paper. Including literature analysis, interview and observation, in addition to the theoretical value and practical significance of this paper. The second part is the combing of core concepts and related research. First of all, the concept of teaching practice and practice guidance teachers is defined. Then introduce several representative educational practice models at home and abroad. Because there are few researches on the practice guidance teachers in China, the author combs the research on the significance and strategy of the practice guidance work abroad, as well as the related research on the practice guidance teachers. The third part is the investigation of the motivations and challenges of practical guidance teachers. This part mainly narrates the influence of motivation and challenge brought by practice guidance. The motivational effects of practice guidance work are mainly reflected in their own professional growth, interpersonal relations, students, external stimulation and encouragement, as well as their own work tasks and so on. For the impact of the challenge, the author mainly from the policy, schools and practice guidance teachers themselves to study. The last part is the suggestions and countermeasures to encourage the practical teachers to participate actively in the practice. The author puts forward opinions and suggestions from national level, school level and teachers' own level. Teaching practice should not only be a normal school thing, it needs the attention of all kinds of personnel of the whole education system. The administrative department of education guarantees from the policy that teachers colleges and universities cooperate with primary and secondary schools for a long time to maximize the enthusiasm of practical guidance teachers and thus improve the quality of educational practice.
