论高等教育生态学视域下的创新人才培养体系构建

【摘要】：高等学校的根本任务是人才培养,为社会输送具有综合素质的创新型人才是时代赋予高校的神圣使命。当前,高校内部逻辑和外部环境之间的失衡已经成为阻碍创新人才成长的桎梏。从高等教育生态学的视角出发,综合分析高等教育的内部逻辑体系,合理定位发展方向,积极营造生态环境,构建多元化的创新人才培养体系,是高等学校保障创新人才培养可持续性的必然选择。
[Abstract]:The basic task of colleges and universities is to train talents, and it is the sacred mission of the times to transport innovative talents with comprehensive qualities to the society. At present, the imbalance between internal logic and external environment in colleges and universities has become a shackle that hinders the growth of innovative talents. From the perspective of ecology of higher education, this paper comprehensively analyzes the internal logical system of higher education, reasonably orientates the direction of development, actively builds the ecological environment, and constructs a diversified system of cultivating innovative talents. It is an inevitable choice for colleges and universities to guarantee the sustainability of the cultivation of innovative talents.
