校园文化对大学生思想品德形成的作用研究

【摘要】:在社会文化多元化背景下,为增强大学生抵御不良思想侵蚀的能力,需加强高校德育,进一步提高德育实效。德育是“知、情、意、行”四个德育环节相统一的过程。传统的高校德育教育仅依靠德育课堂进行,主要实现“知”这一德育环节,而其他德育环节相对薄弱,导致德育效果不佳。提高高校德育实效,还需寻求德育课堂以外的途径。校园文化,作为思想政治教育的载体,是高校德育课堂的有益补充,是高校德育的重要途径,对大学生思想品德的形成起着至关重要的作用。 虽然我国的校园发展历史悠久,然而一直到了1980年以后,“校园文化”这一概念才开始正式出现。校园文化是以校园环境为依托,以校园精神文化为灵魂,以课外文化活动为具体表现形式,在教育者的指导下,被教育者积极主动参与,共同置身于社会文化与之共同发展的一种群体文化。校园文化不是简单的校园物质环境和学生社团活动、价值观念的拼凑和组合,而是一个系统完整的综合体,校园文化的每个要素之间紧密联系,相互影响和制约,共同构成了校园文化这一群体文化。高校校园文化就是存在于大学这个环境中的一类群体文化,包括物质文化、精神文化、制度文化和行为文化,是以上四种文化相互影响和制约的综合体。从国家现行法规制度到民族传统,都有很多因素影响着高校校园文化,其中最重要的三个的影响因素是:传统文化、社会文化和政治文化。校园文化的相对独立性决定了它必然具有与其他文化群体所不同的鲜明特点,校园文化具有知识性、创新性、超前性和引导性四个方面的特点。校园文化对大学生的教育具有潜隐性,它通过暗示、心里感染、认同、从众等心理作用机制,潜移默化地影响着大学生的思想和观念,使他们于无形之中受到教育。具体表现为校园文化对大学生具有价值导向、完善人格品质和陶冶道德情操、行为激励和道德约束的作用。除此之外,校园文化在发挥德育作用的过程中还存在一些问题,其中物质文化建设和精神文化建设不平衡以及传统文化和现代观念冲突这两个方面的问题比较突出,而出现这些问题的原因主要是受到国际经济形势和社会文化的影响,高校的德育工作出现了德育内容不能满足学生的实际需求、不重视学生的主体地位以及校园文化活动的层次不高等问题。因此,充分发挥校园文化的德育作用,就要坚持以马克思主义指导思想为指导,严格遵循吸收与超越相结合、全面推进与重点突破相结合以及主导性与主体性相结合这三大原则,以营造健康向上的校园精神文化氛围、建设富有文化气息的校园物质环境、完善校园制度文化建设和加强校园行为文化的建设为主要对策,从而保证了校园文化能够充分发挥德育作用。 总之,校园文化是高校思想品德教育工作的不可忽略载体和重要途径,也是新时期人才培养模式中不可省略的一个环节,,同时它在变革高校思想品德教育工作方式和方法方面提高了教育的实效,促使教育目标得以实现。良好的校园文化有利于引导学生坚持正确的政治方向,提高文化素质和专业技能,培养高尚的道德情操,同时净化心灵,塑造人格,树立正确的世界观,人生观和价值观。
[Abstract]:In the context of social and cultural diversity, in order to enhance the ability of college students to resist the erosion of bad thoughts, moral education in Colleges and universities should be strengthened to further improve the actual effect of moral education. Moral education is a unified process of "knowledge, emotion, meaning and practice". The traditional moral education in Colleges and universities only relies on the moral education class and mainly realizes the moral education link of "knowledge". Other moral education links are relatively weak, which leads to the poor effect of moral education. To improve the actual effect of moral education, it is necessary to seek ways outside the moral education class. As the carrier of Ideological and political education, campus culture is a useful supplement to the moral education class in Colleges and universities. It is an important way of moral education in Colleges and universities, and plays a vital role in the formation of Ideological and moral character of college students.
Although the history of our campus has a long history, the concept of "campus culture" has come to a formal appearance since 1980. The campus culture is based on the campus environment, the spirit and culture of the campus as the soul, the extracurricular cultural activities as the concrete manifestation and the active participation of the educator under the guidance of the educator. It is a group culture with the common development of social culture and social culture. Campus culture is not a simple campus material environment and student association activities, the patchwork and combination of values, but a systematic and complete complex, each element of the campus culture is closely linked, mutual influence and restriction, together to form the campus culture. A group culture. College campus culture is a group culture that exists in the environment of the University, including material culture, spiritual culture, system culture and behavior culture. It is the complex of the interaction and restriction of the four cultures. The three most important factors are the traditional culture, the social culture and the political culture. The relative independence of the campus culture determines that it has the distinct characteristics different from the other cultural groups. The campus culture has the characteristics of four aspects: knowledge, innovation, advance and guidance. The education of campus culture to College students It is latent and implicit. It affects college students' ideas and ideas imperceptibly by means of psychological mechanism such as hint, heart infection, identity and conformity. It is embodied in the value orientation of campus culture to college students, perfect personality quality and moral sentiment, behavior motivation and moral restraint. Besides, there are still some problems in the process of the role of moral education in the campus culture, in which the two aspects of the construction of material culture, the imbalance of spiritual and cultural construction and the conflict between the traditional culture and the modern concept are quite prominent, and the reasons for these problems are mainly due to the international economic situation and the social culture. The moral education in Colleges and universities has appeared that moral education content can not meet the actual needs of the students, pay no attention to the students' main position and the level of campus cultural activities. Therefore, to give full play to the moral role of the campus culture, we should adhere to the guidance of Marx's guiding ideology and strictly follow the combination of absorption and transcendence. The main countermeasures are to build up the three principles of comprehensive promotion and key breakthroughs, as well as the combination of dominant and subjective, in order to create a healthy and upward campus spiritual and cultural atmosphere, to build a cultural atmosphere of campus material environment, to improve the construction of campus system culture and to strengthen the construction of campus behavior culture, so as to guarantee the ability of campus culture. Give full play to the role of moral education.
In a word, campus culture is an indispensable carrier and an important way for the ideological and moral education of colleges and universities. It is also a link that can not be omitted in the training mode of talents in the new period. At the same time, it improves the actual effect of education in the reform of Ideological and moral education work and methods in Colleges and universities, and promotes the realization of educational goals. It is beneficial to guide the students to adhere to the correct political direction, improve the cultural quality and professional skills, cultivate noble moral sentiment, purify the mind, shape the personality, and establish the correct world outlook, the outlook on life and the values.
