高师院校实践教学的问题与对策研究

【摘要】:实践教学是高师院校教育教学工作的重要组成部分,是培养合格师资的重要保障。通过实践教学,可以使师范生将所学基础理论和基本技能综合运用于教育和教学实践,循序渐进地适应从“学生”到“教师”这一社会角色的转变,使之成为具备现代教育理念,掌握现代教学技术和娴熟的教学基本技能,有良好人格和社会适应能力的教师。在全面推进基础教育改革的背景下,实践教学已成为体现高师院校与基础教育衔接和服务的重要平台。 本文对高师院校实践教学的发展历程,国内外高师院校实践教学的基本现状及我国高师院校实践教学所存在的主要问题进行研究分析,并对改进我国高师院校实践教学提出对策建议。结论如下: 我国高师院校实践教学所存在的主要问题: 1.实践教学的地位没有得到充分的认识; 2.缺乏对师范生实践性知识的教学,教育实习前的专业准备不足; 3.教育实习时间短、模式单一,忽视反思的引导; 4.教学技能训练环节比较薄弱,利用微格教学培训师范生实践技能方面尚未形成统一有效的培训模式; 5.实践教学的组织管理机构与组织管理工作不够健全; 6.实践教学的评价体制不完善。 改进高师院校实践教学的对策建议: 1.树立新的实践教学观,加大实践教学改革力度; 2.改革课程结构,实现学术性与师范性的整合; 3.增加实践教学学时,加强课堂实践教学; 4.构建多元化实践空间,促进知识与技能的有效融合; 5.改进实践教学模式,促进师范生教育实践能力的提高; 6.重视微格教学,,加强教学技能训练; 7.加强实践教学的科学管理; 8.完善实践教学的保障制度; 9.建立健全师范生教学实践的评价制度。
[Abstract]:Practical teaching is an important part of the teaching work in normal colleges and universities, and an important guarantee to train qualified teachers. Through practical teaching, normal school students can apply their basic theory and skills to education and teaching practice, and adapt to the change of social role from "student" to "teacher" step by step. It is necessary to become a teacher with modern educational concept, modern teaching technology and basic teaching skills, good personality and social adaptability. Under the background of promoting the reform of basic education in an all-round way, practical teaching has become an important platform to embody the connection and service between normal colleges and basic education. In this paper, the course of development of practical teaching in normal universities, the basic situation of practical teaching at home and abroad and the main problems existing in practical teaching in normal colleges and universities in China are studied and analyzed. And put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the practice teaching of normal colleges and universities in our country. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The status of practical teaching has not been fully recognized; 2. Lack of practical knowledge of normal school students, lack of professional preparation before education practice; 3. The education practice time is short, the pattern is single, neglects the reflection guidance; 4. Teaching skills training link is relatively weak, the use of microteaching to train normal students practical skills has not yet formed a unified and effective training model; 5. The organization management organization and organization management work of practice teaching is not perfect; 6. The evaluation system of practice teaching is not perfect. The countermeasures and suggestions to improve the practical teaching in normal colleges and universities are as follows: 1. Set up a new practical teaching concept, increase the strength of practical teaching reform; 2. Reform the curriculum structure to realize the integration of academic and normal nature; 3. Increase practical teaching hours, strengthen classroom practice teaching; 4. Build a diversified practice space to promote the effective integration of knowledge and skills; 5. Improve the practice teaching mode, promote the normal school students' educational practice ability; 6. Pay attention to microteaching, strengthen the training of teaching skills; 7. Strengthen the scientific management of practical teaching. Perfect the safeguard system of practice teaching; Establish and perfect the evaluation system of normal school students' teaching practice.
