高校班级规模调研与分析

【摘要】:班级规模是直接影响教学过程并进而影响教学质量的一个重要因素,伴随着我国高校扩招推进高等教育大众化历程,高校的班级规模不断扩大,导致高校教学质量不断下降。因而,了解高校班级规模的现状,深入分析高校班级规模扩大的原因以及负面影响,努力提炼出控制班级规模过大的对策,对避免高校因班级规模扩充而质量下降十分必要而紧迫,具有重要理论意义和实践意义。 用调查法对某省7所有代表性高校班级规模进行调查发现:从某省高校班级规模的总体情况来看,高校班级规模较大,班级规模为65.91人。从某省不同类型高校、不同高校、不同课程的具体情况看,不同类型高校班级规模由大到小排列依次是:新建高校、一般高校、重点高校、专科学校;不同高校班级规模由大到小排列依次是:F校、E校、C校、D校、A校、B校、G校。从某省不同类型高校、不同高校、不同课程的比较来看,不同类型高校之间的班级规模存在非常显著的差异,不同高校之间的班级规模绝大多数存在非常显著的差异,不同课程之间的班级规模大多数存在非常显著的差异。 高校班级规模扩大的原因主要有:现代教学技术的提高;高校教室紧张和大教室增多;高校不断扩招;国家对高等教育投入不足;高校过分追逐办学效益;考生专业选择不合理。高校班级规模过大的负面影响主要体现在对学生学习和教师教学两方面,前者包括影响学生学习环境、学习态度和学习成绩;后者包括影响教学过程、教师与学生相互作用、教学效果。为了尽量控制班级规模扩大,使高校班级规模朝着合理化方向发展,应该分别从政府和高校两个层面采取相应措施。从政府层面上来说,,应树立正确的教育观念;监督教育法规的执行;加大高等教育的投入。从高校层面来谈,应将学生的利益放在首位;将教学质量视为学校的生命线;遵循和落实国家教育法规;丰富学校教育教学资源;引导专业设置和选择合理化。
[Abstract]:Class size is an important factor that directly affects the teaching process and further affects the teaching quality. With the expansion of enrollment in colleges and universities to promote the process of popularization of higher education, the class size of colleges and universities continues to expand, resulting in the continuous decline of teaching quality in colleges and universities. Therefore, to understand the current situation of class size in colleges and universities, to analyze the causes and negative effects of class size expansion in colleges and universities, and to work hard to extract the countermeasures to control the excessive class size. It is very necessary and urgent to avoid the deterioration of quality in colleges and universities due to the expansion of class size, which is of great theoretical and practical significance. By investigating the class size of 7 representative universities in a certain province, it is found that the class size of a certain province is larger than that of a certain province, and the class size is 65.91 people. From the specific situation of different types of universities and different courses in a certain province, the order of class size of different types of colleges and universities is: new universities, general colleges, key universities, colleges and universities; The order of class size of different colleges and universities from big to small is: 1. F, E, C, D, A, B and G, respectively. From the comparison of different types of universities and different courses in a province, there are very significant differences in class size among different types of colleges and universities, and there are very significant differences in most of the class sizes among different colleges and universities. There are very significant differences in class size between different courses. The main reasons for the expansion of class size in colleges and universities are: the improvement of modern teaching technology; the tension of classrooms and the increase of large classrooms in colleges and universities; the increasing enrollment of colleges and universities; the insufficient investment of the state in higher education; the excessive pursuit of efficiency in running schools by colleges and universities; Candidates' professional choice is unreasonable. The negative effects of excessive class size in colleges and universities are mainly reflected in the two aspects of student learning and teacher teaching. The former includes influencing students' learning environment, learning attitude and learning achievement, while the latter includes influencing the teaching process and the interaction between teachers and students. Teaching effect In order to control the expansion of class size and make the class size of colleges and universities develop in the direction of rationalization, the corresponding measures should be taken from the two levels of government and university respectively. From the government level, we should set up the correct educational concept, supervise the enforcement of educational laws and regulations, and increase the investment in higher education. From the perspective of colleges and universities, the interests of students should be put in the first place; the teaching quality should be regarded as the lifeline of the school; the national educational laws and regulations should be followed and implemented; the teaching resources of schools should be enriched; and the arrangement and selection of majors should be guided and rationalized.
