应用型人才视野下高校实验师资队伍建设研究

【摘要】：应用型实验人才是近几年高校逐渐重视的人才类型。随着时代的发展,实践教学也逐渐成为各高校重要的教学模式,应用型教师队伍对实践教学、实验室教学等实操课程的建设发展起着关键作用。在当今的时代背景下,我国高校应用型实验师资队伍的建设与发达国家相比依然存有差距,因此加强应用型实验师资队伍建设显得尤为重要。
[Abstract]:Applied type experimental talents are the type of talent that colleges and universities have paid more attention in recent years. With the development of the times, practical teaching has gradually become an important teaching mode in various colleges and universities. The application type teacher team plays a key role in the construction and development of practical courses, such as practical teaching and laboratory teaching. Under the present era, the application type of China's colleges and universities in China There is still a gap between the construction of experimental teachers and developed countries. Therefore, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of applied experimental teaching staff.
