【摘要】：引导党员干部增强政治敏锐性和政治鉴别力,筑牢思想防线,自觉划清“四个重大界限”,是党的十七届四中全会明确提出的任务和要求。高校大学生作为国家未来的建设者和接班人,更需要在意识形态领域坚定立场,树立正确世界观、人生观、价值观,在大是大非面前分清对错,明辨真伪,自觉抵制各种错误思想的侵蚀和诱惑,领会和掌握马克思主义和中国特色社会主义理论体系的科学内涵。提倡和号召大学生自觉划清“四个重大界限”,引导大学生正确看待和理性分析社会问题,化解大学生思想混乱和信念动摇的信仰危机,提升全体大学生马克思主义理论水平和素养,是新形势下我们党加强意识形态工作的重要举措。大学生实现划清“四个重大界限”,需要以坚持马克思主义立场、观点和方法、分清是非与促进自我发展相结合、明辨真伪与提升理论水平相结合和创新发展与继承借鉴吸收相结合为重要原则；以是否坚持克思主义立场、观点和方法、是否坚定中国特色社会主义信仰追求和是否言行统一、重在落实为衡量评断标准。大学生实现划清“四个重大界限”面临着十分严峻的理论误区和现实障碍,既有理论层面在指导思想、经济体制、政治改革和文化建设方面的错误观点和思潮,也有现实层面在社会主义现代化建设和改革开放中出现的各种问题和挑战。引导大学生实现划清“四个重大界限”,需要充分考虑我国的社会现实,结合高校“两课”教学,在指导思想、经济制度、政治民主和思想文化方面坚持对大学生进行理论教育和引导,并优化教育方法；不断关注现实、探索理论,在改善社会环境、批判错误思潮、坚持改革开放、加强党的建设和解决现实问题等方面力求转变思维、改变思路、创新举措、实现突破；同时,结合高校学生活动,引导大学生在文艺活动中宣传划清“四个重大界限”,在学生组织中践行划清“四个重大界限”,在社会实践中贯彻划清“四个重大界限”,在学生党员干部中率先实现划清“四个重大界限”,倡导大学生结合专业知识自觉学习“四个重大界限”；进而不断优化大学生实现划清“四个重大界限”的实现方式和路径选择。
[Abstract]:Guiding party members and cadres to enhance their political acumen and political discernment, to build a solid ideological line of defense, and to consciously draw "four major boundaries" are the tasks and requirements clearly put forward by the fourth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee. College students, as the future builders and successors of the country, need to stand firm in the field of ideology, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, distinguish between right and wrong in front of the major right and wrong, and distinguish between truth and falsehood. Consciously resist the erosion and temptation of various erroneous ideas, and grasp the scientific connotations of Marxism and the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Advocating and calling on college students to consciously draw "four major boundaries", guiding them to correctly look at and rationally analyze social problems, and defusing the crisis of belief in the ideological confusion and belief of college students. It is an important measure for our Party to strengthen ideological work under the new situation to improve the Marxist theoretical level and literacy of all college students. In order to realize the demarcation of the "four major boundaries", college students need to adhere to the Marxist stand, views and methods, distinguish between right and wrong and promote self-development. It is an important principle to distinguish truth from falsehood and improve theoretical level, to combine innovation and development with inheritance and absorption, to adhere to the position, views and methods of clicism, to strengthen the pursuit of socialist belief with Chinese characteristics and to unify words and deeds. Emphasis is placed on the implementation of standards for measuring and judging. The realization of the "four major boundaries" for college students is faced with severe theoretical errors and practical obstacles, including erroneous views and thoughts in guiding ideology, economic system, political reform and cultural construction at the theoretical level. There are also realistic aspects of socialist modernization and reform and opening up in various issues and challenges. To guide college students to draw "four major boundaries", we need to take full account of the social reality of our country, combine the teaching of "two courses" in colleges and universities, in guiding ideology, economic system, Political democracy and ideological and cultural aspects insist on theoretical education and guidance for college students and the optimization of educational methods; they constantly pay attention to reality, explore theories, improve the social environment, criticize erroneous trends of thought, and persist in reform and opening up. We should strive to change our thinking, change ideas, innovate measures, and achieve breakthroughs in strengthening party building and solving practical problems. At the same time, we should guide college students to publicize and draw "four major boundaries" in literary and artistic activities in combination with college student activities. We should draw "four major boundaries" in student organizations, "four major boundaries" in social practice, and "four major boundaries" among student party members and cadres. The author advocates that college students should consciously study "four major boundaries" in combination with professional knowledge, and then optimize the way and path to realize the demarcation of "four major boundaries" for college students.
