高校职业规划教学团队建设研究

【摘要】:当前,我国正处于就业结构转轨时期,大学生就业严峻是困扰社会和高校的一个难题,如何有效的指导大学生就业,需要提高大学生职业规划教育的水平,迫切需要建立一支专业化、高素质的高校职业规划教育教学团队。 通过梳理以往的文献材料,界定了职业生涯规划、高校职业规划教育、教学团队建设等核心概念,聚焦于高校职业规划教师队伍建设的现状,阐述了职业规划教学团队建设的紧迫性、重要性。借助对国内25所高校职业规划教育相关人员的问卷调查,运用教师专业化理论和职业生涯发展理论,解读国内高校职业规划教学团队建设的现状及存在的主要问题:规章制度不成体系、培训认证机构不全、高校经费投入不足、学科建设水平不高、教学团队数量不足。 在此基础上,提出五个对策思考:一是建设规章制度体系;二是完善培训认证机制;三是增加高校经费投入;四是加强学科建设水平;五是增加教学团队数量。
[Abstract]:At present, our country is in the employment structure transition period, the university student employment is a difficult problem which puzzles the society and the university, how to effectively guide the university student employment, need to raise the university student occupation plan education level. It is urgent to set up a professional and high-quality teaching team of vocational planning education in colleges and universities. By combing the past literature, this paper defines the core concepts of career planning, college career planning education, teaching team building and so on, focusing on the status quo of the construction of college career planning teachers. This paper expounds the urgency and importance of the construction of teaching team in career planning. With the help of a questionnaire survey on the relevant personnel of career planning education in 25 colleges and universities in China, the author applies the theory of teacher specialization and career development. This paper analyzes the present situation and the main problems in the construction of teaching team of professional planning in domestic universities: the rules and regulations are not systematic, the training and certification institutions are not complete, the funds of colleges and universities are not enough, the level of discipline construction is not high, and the number of teaching teams is insufficient. On this basis, five countermeasures are put forward: one is to build a regulatory system; the other is to improve the training and certification mechanism; three is to increase the investment in college funds; four is to strengthen the level of discipline construction; and five is to increase the number of teaching teams.
