大学生人格与其学习绩效关系研究初探

【摘要】：人格是影响学习的重要因素。深入探讨人格特征与学习之间的关系,对提升学生的学习绩效,为学生提供科学认知,都有着重要的现实意义。由于学习是否发生或者是否有效更多取决于学习者本身,故体现个人综合素质的人格就显得尤为重要。用人格特质来研究绩效,是长期以来一直是备受关注的问题,从人格对学习绩效影响方面进行的研究虽有很多,却并没有得到一个统一、有效的结论,原因之一就是缺乏一个大家公认、统一的研究人格的因素模型。随着科学的发展和研究的需要,80年代后期出现了大五人格理论,代表着广泛而稳定的人格因素模型,给相关研究提供了一个理想的研究框架,是人格特质研究中的最佳选择之一。本研究在分析人格对学习绩效影响具有非线性和复杂性的基础上,以综合集成方法论为指导思想,采用问卷调查法、文献研究法、BP神经网络等多种定性定量结合的方法从理论和实践两方面作了一定的研究,得到了相应的结论： 1、在对众多研究者对学习绩效内涵的观点进行梳理、归纳、总结的基础上,得出本研究中学习绩效的定义,并通过大量文献研究得出学习绩效的测评方法；初步探讨了大五人格与学习绩效的关系。 2、采用问卷调查法取得了被调查对象的人格数据；综合多所大学综合测评表,通过模糊德尔菲法确定本研究中的学习绩效测评表。 3、将输入样本数据进行统计、标准化处理,对输出数据进行分析、分类,并建立BP神经网络模型。 4、根据建好的网络模型,采用计算机和人工神经网络等技术开发出了大五人格与学习绩效的关系系统。借助这种人机结合的系统表达了人格与学习绩效的复杂关系。 5、通过系统得出学习者学习绩效的等级,同时给出相应学习者人格的特质描述,探索了提高学习者学习绩效的新途径,以期能为个性化教学和素质教育提供一种有益的思路。同时,在理论层面从人格塑造、人才培养等方面提出参考性建议处方。
[Abstract]:Personality is an important factor affecting learning. It is of great practical significance to explore the relationship between personality characteristics and learning, to improve students' learning performance and to provide scientific cognition for students. The study of performance with personality traits has long been a concern. Although there are many studies on the impact of personality on learning performance, it does not get a unified and effective conclusion. One of the reasons is the lack of a universally recognized and unified model for the study of personality. With the development of science. In the late 80s, the five personality theory, which represents a wide and stable personality factor model, provides an ideal framework for research and is one of the best choices in the study of personality traits.
Based on the analysis of the nonlinearity and complexity of the impact of personality on learning performance, this research takes the integrated methodology as the guiding ideology, using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods, such as questionnaire survey, literature research and BP neural network, to make a certain study from two aspects of theory and practice, and get the corresponding conclusions.
1, on the basis of combing and summarizing, summarizing and summarizing the viewpoints of many researchers on the connotation of learning performance, the definition of learning performance in this study is obtained, and a large amount of literature is used to study the evaluation method of learning performance, and the relationship between the five personality and the learning performance is preliminarily discussed.
2, the questionnaire survey method was used to obtain the personality data of the respondents, and the comprehensive evaluation table of multiple universities was integrated to determine the learning performance assessment table in this study through fuzzy Delphy Fa.
3, the input sample data are statistically standardized, the output data are analyzed, classified, and the BP neural network model is established.
4, based on the established network model, the relationship system between the big five personality and the learning performance is developed by using the computer and artificial neural network technology. The complex relationship between personality and learning performance is expressed by the system of man-machine combination.
5, through the system, the class of learners' learning performance is obtained, and the character description of the learner's personality is given, and a new way to improve the learners' learning performance is explored in order to provide a useful way of thinking for individualized teaching and quality education. At the same time, it puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of personality molding and talent cultivation in the theoretical level. Prescription.
