【摘要】：农业是国民经济的基础产业。在推进农业发展的各种因素中，农业科技推广发挥了极其重要的作用，农业试验示范基地是开展农业推广活动的重要支撑平台。农业高校是我国农业科技人才培养、农业科技创新、农业技术推广的重要阵地，在农业试验示范基地建设方面具有得天独厚的优势。目前，我国农业高校的试验示范基地建设正处于快速发展阶段，在运行模式和管理机制上还存在不少问题。根据新的形势要求，对我国农业高校试验示范基地建设情况进行系统研究和具体分析，并研究提出农业高校推进试验示范基地建设的主要思路与对策，对于有效发挥农业高校试验示范基地在农业科技推广中的支撑功能，促进我国农业发展，实现农村经济增长，提高农民收入，具有重要现实意义。本文在理论分析和实证研究的基础上，对我国农业高校的试验示范基地建设进行了系统分析与探讨，提出了新时期我国农业高校试验示范基地建设的主要思路、重点任务、管理模式、运行机制和保障措施。论文共分八部分内容：第一章在已有文献的基础上，对农业试验示范基地的研究背景进行了阐述，，提出了论文的主要研究思路、研究方法、技术路线和创新点。第二章对相关概念和理论进行了分析界定。第三章对我国农业试验示范基地建设的实践与探索作了分析，探讨了我国农业试验示范基地建设的必要性、基地的主要类型、运行状况、经验和问题。第四章运用SWOT分析法对我国农业高校建设试验示范基地的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁进行了具体分析，得出了优势大于劣势，机遇大于威胁的结论。第五章对美国农业高校试验示范基地的建设进行典型案例分析。第六章对西北农林科技大学试验示范基地的建设进行典型案例分析。第七章系统提出了我国农业高校试验示范基地建设的主要思路、重点任务、管理模式、运行机制和保障措施。结束语，对全文进行总结。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry of national economy. Agricultural science and technology extension plays a very important role in promoting agricultural development, and agricultural test and demonstration base is an important supporting platform for agricultural extension activities. Agricultural colleges and universities are the important position of cultivating agricultural science and technology talents, innovating agricultural science and technology and popularizing agricultural technology in our country, and they have unique advantages in the construction of agricultural test and demonstration base. At present, the construction of the experimental and demonstration base of agricultural universities in our country is in the stage of rapid development, and there are still many problems in the operation mode and management mechanism. According to the requirements of new situation, this paper makes a systematic study and concrete analysis on the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China, and puts forward the main ideas and countermeasures for promoting the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities. It is of great practical significance to give full play to the supporting function of the experimental and demonstration base of agricultural colleges and universities in the extension of agricultural science and technology, to promote the development of agriculture in China, to realize the growth of rural economy, and to increase the income of farmers. On the basis of theoretical analysis and empirical research, this paper makes a systematic analysis and discussion on the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China, and puts forward the main ideas and key tasks for the construction of experimental demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China in the new period. The thesis is divided into eight parts: the first chapter expounds the research background of the agricultural test and demonstration base on the basis of the existing literature, and puts forward the main research ideas, research methods, technical routes and innovation points of the paper. The third chapter analyzes the practice and exploration of the construction of agricultural test and demonstration base in China, and probes into the necessity, main types, operation status, experience and problems of the construction of agricultural test and demonstration base in China. The fourth chapter analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of agricultural colleges and universities by SWOT analysis, and draws the conclusion that the advantages are greater than the disadvantages, and the opportunities are greater than the threats. The fifth chapter analyzes the typical cases of the construction of the experimental demonstration base in American agricultural colleges and universities. Chapter six analyzes the typical cases of the construction of the experimental demonstration base of Northwest University of Agriculture and Forestry Science and Technology. The seventh chapter systematically puts forward the main ideas, key tasks, management mode, operation mechanism and safeguard measures of the construction of experimental and demonstration bases in agricultural colleges and universities in China.
