大学生志愿服务的“育人价值”与实践路径

【摘要】：大学生志愿服务活动是高校实践育人的重要手段，，是构建社会主义和谐社会合格的建设者和接班人的新途径。它既是培育全方位，高素质人才的新尝试，也是大学生服务社会的重要渠道。本文从实践育人的内涵和主要方式入手，叙述了大学生志愿服务作为实践育人的一种具体方式的价值体现并分析其存在的问题，进而对大学生志愿服务活动进行概述，以此指明大学生志愿服务作为新的普遍性实践育人途径所具有的必要性和存在问题的现实性。在此基础上，以事实为依据，通过对北京科技大学大学生志愿服务课程开展的调查问卷进行实证分析，为大学生志愿服务实践育人提供可行性参照；再以兰州市五大高校的实地补强问卷调查为大学生志愿服务实践育人提供必要性分析；最后再对两份问卷作一整体分析，为大学生志愿服务实践育人的具体落实提供客观依据。最终探寻大学生志愿服务活动实践育人长效发展的路径。在路径的探寻上，本研究从大学生志愿服务活动开展的现实途径、实施方式、组织架构、运行机制等方面详细论述，并提出了活动开展需要注意的一些问题事项。
[Abstract]:College students' voluntary service is an important means for colleges and universities to practice and educate people. It is also a new way to construct the qualified constructors and successors of socialist harmonious society. It is not only a new attempt to cultivate all-round and high-quality talents, but also an important channel for college students to serve the society. This paper begins with the connotation and main ways of practical education, narrates the value of college students' voluntary service as a concrete way of practical education and analyzes its existing problems, and then summarizes the activities of college students' voluntary service. In this way, it points out the necessity of college students' voluntary service as a new way of universal practice and the reality of existing problems. On this basis, on the basis of facts, through the empirical analysis of the questionnaire of the volunteer service course of science and technology college students in Beijing, this paper provides a feasible reference for the practice and education of college students' voluntary service. Finally, the author makes a comprehensive analysis of the two questionnaires in order to provide an objective basis for the concrete implementation of the practice and education of college students' voluntary service. Finally, to explore the path of long-term development of college students' voluntary service practice. In the exploration of the path, this study discusses in detail the realistic way, the implementation way, the organization structure and the operating mechanism of the college students' voluntary service activities, and puts forward some problems needing attention in the development of the activities.
