大学生“灰色技能”就业现象研究

【摘要】:当前,越来越开放的大学校园不断受到各种社会不良风气的侵染,再加之日趋严峻的就业形势,大学生不得不利用各种途径参与到就业的竞争之中。于是,利用“灰色技能”就业的现象也浮之水面,并有愈演愈烈的趋势。 研究大学生利用“灰色技能”就业的现象,有利于在还原这一现象的同时并对其客观评价,改变完全支持和完全否定的既有定论,为大学生正确就业提供参考和借鉴。之前关于“灰色技能”还没有形成系统的研究,只是零星地出现在各类报道之中,更缺乏从大学生就业的角度对其全面研究。 具体来讲,大学生利用“灰色技能”就业的现象呈现以下一些特点:一是从整体来看,大学生对“灰色技能”的认知度和认可度都偏高,从大学生内部的性别、学科及家庭背景来看对“灰色技能”的了解度无明显差异,只是在具体的利用过程中存在着城乡背景上的差异;二是这一现象在大学生就业的总体过程中数量不多,即是利用度不高,但却清晰地显示着它的客观存在;三是大学生利用“灰色技能”就业的现象呈逐渐扩大的趋势;四是大学生对于利用“灰色技能”就业现象的态度存在褒贬两个极端。 对于大学生“灰色技能”就业这一客观现象,我们并不一定要存在完全褒贬的偏激态度,大学生“灰色技能”就业的现象本身也并不应该完全否定,但是当大学生一味地迎合某些不良社会风气而放松专业学习,专注于“灰色技能”的修习并完全依靠其就业的时候,就极有必要对大学生利用“灰色技能”就业开展以教育为主导、社会和家庭共同努力的引导和教育。 教育方面,要积极开设处世哲学课程和职前教育课程,尤其是职前实践课程,同时努力净化校园环境,加强大学生的诚信教育,培养大学生正确的就业观;社会方面,规范用人单位招聘,杜绝大学生利用“灰色技能”就业的空间,同时要依靠政府整治不良的社会风气;家庭方面要积极教育引导,同时,也要加强大学生的自我教育。
[Abstract]:At present, more and more open university campus is constantly infected by various social unhealthy atmosphere, coupled with the increasingly severe employment situation, college students have to use various ways to participate in the employment competition. As a result, the use of "gray skills" employment phenomenon also floated, and there is a growing trend. The study of the phenomenon of college students using "gray skills" in employment is conducive to the restoration of this phenomenon and the objective evaluation of it, to change the existing conclusion of complete support and negation, and to provide reference and reference for the correct employment of college students. Prior to the "gray skills" has not formed a systematic study, but scattered in all kinds of reports, more lack of a comprehensive study from the perspective of employment of college students. Specifically, the phenomenon of college students using "gray skills" to obtain employment presents the following characteristics: first, from the overall point of view, college students have a high degree of recognition and recognition of "gray skills," from the inside of the university students' gender, In terms of subject and family background, there is no significant difference in the degree of understanding of "gray skills", but there are differences between urban and rural backgrounds in the process of specific utilization; second, the number of this phenomenon in the overall process of college students' employment is not large. That is, the degree of utilization is not high, but it clearly shows its objective existence, third, the phenomenon of university students using "gray skills" employment is gradually expanding; Fourth, there are two extremes in the attitude of college students to the employment phenomenon of using gray skills. As for the objective phenomenon of "gray skills" employment of college students, we do not have to have a radical attitude, and the phenomenon of "gray skills" employment of college students should not be completely negated. But when college students blindly cater to some bad social atmosphere and relax their professional studies, they focus on "gray skills" and rely entirely on their employment. Therefore, it is necessary to guide and educate college students by taking advantage of "gray skills" employment, leading by education and making joint efforts of society and family. In education, we should actively set up philosophy of life course and pre-service education course, especially pre-service practice course, at the same time, we should try hard to purify the campus environment, strengthen the honesty education of college students, train students' correct view of employment, and social aspect, In order to standardize the employment of employing units, to put an end to the space for college students to take advantage of "gray skills" and to rely on the government to rectify the bad social atmosphere, the family should be actively educated and the self-education of college students should be strengthened.
