大学生廉洁教育存在的问题及对策研究

【摘要】：开展大学生廉洁教育是全民廉洁教育的一部分，其目的在于培养大学生的廉洁意识，提高大学生的素质。高校作为培养中国特色社会主义事业的未来建设者和接班人的重要基地，应进一步贯彻和落实教育部《关于在大中小学全面开展廉洁教育的意见》，结合大学生思想政治教育的整体规划，确立崇尚廉洁文化、弘扬传统美德的廉洁教育目标，牢固树立以廉为荣，以贪为耻的思想理念，积极推进廉洁教育进校园、进课堂、进学生头脑，培养学生正确的价值观念和高尚的道德情操，不断增强廉洁教育的针对性、实效性和吸引力、感染力。从国际经验看，腐败已成为世界的“政治癌症”，全球众多高校非常重视大学生廉洁教育，将其视为高校教育的必修学科，并积累了一系列廉洁教育经验，供本国、别国高校共同学习、借鉴分享。本文从开展大学生廉洁教育的现状出发，，分析大学生廉洁教育存在的问题及原因，并提出针对性的对策以加强大学生廉洁教育，提高大学生廉洁教育的实效性。本论文共分为六个部分，其中三、四、五、六部分是文章的主体。第一部分，导论。介绍本选题的研究背景及意义，主要文献回顾，研究思路和方法等。第二部分，大学生廉洁教育概述及相关概念界定。从廉洁、廉政、廉洁教育的定义及理论引入大学生廉洁教育的涵义和特征。第三部分，开展大学生廉洁教育的重要意义。从学生成长成才的需要、思想政治教育的需要、构建和谐社会的需要三方面来分析开展大学生廉洁教育的重要意义。第四部分，重庆市高校大学生廉洁教育现状分析。该部分主要以重庆市六大高校调查数据为基础，分析了大学生廉洁教育开展以来所取得的成就和存在的问题，以及造成大学生廉洁教育问题的原因。第五部分，大学生廉洁教育的内容。重点阐述理想信念教育、思想道德教育、法制纪律教育和反腐倡廉教育是进一步推进党风廉政建设和大学生全面发展的四个方面。第六部分，大学生廉洁教育原则与对策。在大学生廉洁教育遵循原则的前提下，切实从实现途径、教育方法和保障机制方面提出大学生廉洁教育对策。
[Abstract]:To carry out the clean education of college students is a part of the clean education of the whole people. Its purpose is to cultivate the clean consciousness of the college students and to improve the quality of the college students. Based on the present situation of the clean education of college students, this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the clean education of college students, and puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen the clean education of college students and improve the effectiveness of the clean education of college students.
