吉林省高校后勤管理人员素质培养问题研究

【摘要】：高校后勤是高校重要的组成部分,高校后勤工作是学校教学和科研的基础、保障和先行者,它直接关系到高校教育事业的发展和稳定。而高校后勤管理人员的素质决定着高校后勤管理水平和服务质量的高低,影响着高校后勤工作的开展,也直接制约着高校整体教学水平和培养目标的实现,在高校的发展中起着重要的作用。本文通过问卷调查,实地走访,从吉林省高校后勤管理人员素质现状调查出发,运用思想政治教育相关理论,研究制定出吉林省高校后勤管理人员素质培养的具体对策与途径,进而推进吉林省高校教育事业的全面发展。
[Abstract]:University logistics is an important part of colleges and universities. The work of university logistics is the foundation, guarantee and forerunner of school teaching and research. It is directly related to the development and stability of university education. The quality of university logistics management personnel determines the level of university logistics management and service quality, affects the development of university logistics work, but also directly restricts the overall teaching level and the realization of training goals. It plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities. Based on the investigation of the present situation of logistics management personnel in colleges and universities in Jilin Province and the relevant theories of ideological and political education, this paper studies and formulates the specific countermeasures and ways to cultivate the quality of logistics management personnel in colleges and universities in Jilin Province by means of questionnaires and field visits. And then promote the overall development of higher education in Jilin Province.
