完善高校就业困难毕业生的就业援助体系

【摘要】：当前各省市相继出台了针对高校就业困难毕业生的就业援助措施,但是概念模糊性、主体单一性、对象狭隘性和方式零散性等问题的存在,影响了援助工作实效的发挥。应在梳理高校就业困难毕业生就业援助的概念和对象的基础上,重点探讨政府主导、高校服务、家庭助力、自我激励的就业援助施行机制,详细分析政策支持、经济资助、心理辅导、能力提升、法律援助五大内容体系,构建立体化的高校就业困难毕业生就业援助体系。
[Abstract]:At present, the provinces and cities have introduced the employment assistance measures for the graduates with employment difficulties in colleges and universities. However, the existence of the ambiguity of the concept, the singularity of the subject, the parochialism of the object and the piecemeal nature of the way affect the effectiveness of the aid work. On the basis of combing the concept and object of employment assistance for graduates with employment difficulties in colleges and universities, we should focus on the implementation mechanism of government-led employment assistance, university service, family support, self-motivation, and detailed analysis of policy support and economic assistance. Psychological counseling, ability enhancement and legal aid are five content systems to construct a three-dimensional employment assistance system for graduates with employment difficulties in colleges and universities.
