论大学本科教育之回归—心智培育

【摘要】:大学本科教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,其承担着育人、育才的神圣使命。育人为本兼顾育才是大学本科教育的应然之道。然而,在人们对大学本科教育殷殷期待之时,它却迷失了自我。大学内部的一些相关问题的出现则见证了大学本科教育的迷失之维。它们分别表现在:大学校方的办学理念出现了偏差;大学教师忽视教育质量;大学生出现大学价值观迷失,并产生本科教育无用论及学习急功近利现象。如若这些问题得不到有效解决,大学本科教育的育人、育才将会两相误。为解决这些问题,大学本科教育应回归到育人、育才相结合的心智培育。 首先通过梳理文献,定义了心智培育的概念,在第二部分中阐明了心智培育的三大理论基础:1、人本哲学下的心智培育,它要求“完整人”的心智培育和“关注人”的心智培育;2、全面发展下的心智培育,它要求协调的心智培育和个性化的心智培育;3、社会化多样要求下的心智培育,它要求关注社会人角色的心智培育和关注个体人角色的心智培育。在第三部分中,概括出了大学生出现大学价值观迷失产生本科无用论及大学生学习急功近利的心智迷失表现,进而开展了大学生心智迷失的原因分析,分别从大学办学理念错误定位、大学教师忽视大学生心智培育、大学生非理性因素膨胀及社会浮躁之风的影响四个方面分析了心智迷失之因。通过文献法,在第四部分分别从心智培育是大学的内在要求、全面发展的心智培育是素质教育的要求、人本的心智培育是通识教育的要求、社会化多样要求的心智培育是提高高等教育质量的要求及心智培育是医治大学生急功近利的“良方”等五个方面阐明了大学本科教育回归心智培育之必要性。 在最后一部分中,分别从大学校方、大学教师和大学生三者的角度阐明了心智培育之有效途径。就大学校方而言,应树立明确的教育目标、营造良好的校园文化氛围贯穿人本心智培育,保障大学生的学习自由践行全面发展的心智培育;就大学教师而言,应关注课堂教学方法、关注大学生课外生活贯穿人本的心智培育;就大学本科生而言,理应践行多维度学习贯穿全面发展的心智培育。
[Abstract]:Undergraduate education is an important part of higher education, which undertakes the sacred mission of educating people and cultivating talents. It is the proper way of undergraduate education to educate people. However, in the anticipation of undergraduate education, it lost itself. The emergence of some related problems in the university witnessed the loss of undergraduate education. They are: the deviation of the idea of running a school; the neglect of the quality of education by university teachers; the loss of college students' values and the phenomenon of futility of undergraduate education and the eager achievement of learning. If these problems are not solved effectively, the education of undergraduate education will be wrong. In order to solve these problems, undergraduate education should return to the mental cultivation of combining education and talent. Firstly, by combing the literature, the concept of mental cultivation is defined. In the second part, the three theoretical bases of mental cultivation are clarified: 1, the cultivation of mind under humanism, It requires the cultivation of the mind of the "whole person" and the cultivation of the mind of the "concern for the human person." it requires the cultivation of the mind under the overall development, the cultivation of the coordinated mind and the cultivation of the individualized mind, and the cultivation of the mind under the requirements of social diversity. It requires paying attention to the mental cultivation of social human role and the mental cultivation of individual human role. In the third part, the author generalizes the expression of mental loss caused by college students' loss of university values, which is useless for undergraduate students, and analyzes the causes of college students' mental loss. This paper analyzes the causes of mental loss from four aspects: the misorientation of the idea of running a university, the neglect of college students' mental cultivation by university teachers, the expansion of irrational factors of college students and the influence of social impetuosity. In the fourth part, it is the inner requirement of the university to cultivate the mind, to cultivate the mind in an all-round way is the requirement of quality education, and the cultivation of the humanistic mind is the requirement of general education. This paper expounds the necessity of returning to mental cultivation in undergraduate education from five aspects: the requirement of improving the quality of higher education and the "good prescription" of treating college students for quick success and quick profit. In the last part, the effective ways of mental cultivation are expounded from the angle of university administration, university teachers and college students. As far as the university administration is concerned, it is necessary to establish a clear educational goal, create a good campus culture atmosphere, and guarantee the college students' freedom of learning to practice the all-round development of the mental development, and for the university teachers, it is necessary to create a good atmosphere of campus culture throughout the cultivation of the humanistic mind. Attention should be paid to the classroom teaching method and to the cultivation of the human mind through the extra-curricular life of college students; as far as undergraduate students are concerned, they should practice the cultivation of mind in which multi-dimensional learning runs through the all-round development.
