中心城市高校的科学定位与新一轮发展

【摘要】：正高校合理定位,克服同质化倾向,形成各自的办学理念和风格,在不同层次、不同领域办出特色,争创一流,正在成为共识。以副省级中心城市综合大学为代表,地方大学在"十二五"时期的发展既有优势、也有弊端,既有发展机遇、也有生存挑战的矛盾进程。副省级城市综合大学作为地方高等教育生力军,在从数量增长到质量提高的过程
[Abstract]:It is becoming a common understanding that colleges and universities should reasonably position themselves, overcome the tendency of homogeneity, form their own ideas and styles of running a school, and make their own characteristics in different fields and different levels. With the deputy provincial central city comprehensive university as the representative, the development of local universities in the 12th Five-Year Plan period has both advantages and disadvantages, as well as opportunities for development, but also the contradictory process of survival challenges. As the new force of local higher education, the deputy provincial city comprehensive university is in the process of increasing from quantity to quality.
