德育视域下的高校实践育人研究
[Abstract]:Practice is the basic way for human beings to survive and develop. Through practice, people not only transform the objective material world, but also transform their subjective world, thus obtaining new ideas, understandings, theories and so on. College students are in the period of life maturity and socialization acceleration. Strengthening practice is not only conducive to their acquisition of knowledge, but also conducive to the formation of their good ideological, moral and personality qualities. Learning from practice has become the only way for college students to grow up and become talents. However, there are some deficiencies in the practice education in colleges and universities at present, which makes the practice not only not play a good role in helping college students to acquire knowledge and master the ability, but also play the role of good practice in promoting the formation of good character of college students. The practice of educating people is not effective. From the perspective of moral education, this paper discusses only the formation of good character of college students in the practice of colleges and universities. This paper explains the connotation of practical education, and reveals the positive effect of practice on human development by using the theories of philosophy, pedagogy, psychology and sociology. It lays a theoretical foundation for discussing the problem of practical education. On this basis, the practice is beneficial to enhance the ideological and political literacy of college students, to improve their moral accomplishment, to promote the physical and mental health of college students, and to accelerate the socialization of college students. This paper expounds the function of moral education which is beneficial to the cultivation of innovative consciousness and character of college students. The article then analyzes the current situation of the practice of educating people in colleges and universities, points out the existing problems and analyzes the root causes of the problems. Finally, the author puts forward five principles, such as goal, systematicness, openness, subjectivity, combining theory with practice, and points out how to perfect the educational mechanism of colleges and universities, and to mobilize the power of family education. Excavate social education resources and other ways to achieve practical education in colleges and universities.
