思想政治教育视域中大学生法制教育研究

【摘要】：大学生法制教育一直是我国教育体系中马克思主义思想政治教育的重要组成部分。在社会生活中，法律的重要地位日益突出，国家和个人都对此投以越来越多的关注。法律素养是每个人应具备的基本素养，大学时期是大学生世界观、人生观、价值观形成的关键时期，在此期间培养良好的法律素养尤为重要。因此，对大学生进行法制教育十分必要。当前，大多数大学生对法律的理解和把握已达到基本要求，但仍存在不足。从学校方面看，大学生法制教育开展取得了一定成效，但从大学生自身的价值观上看，法制教育效果有的还未见成效。因此，加强和改进大学生法制教育现状就变得非常紧迫。大学生是祖国的希望，他们肩负着构建社会主义和谐社会的历史重任。解决大学生法制教育所存在的问题，，不仅能够促进思想政治教育体系的发展，更能满足整个教育体系的发展要求。本文旨在思想政治教育视域中，分析大学生法制教育的内涵及其与思想政治教育辩证关系的基础上，对当代大学生法制教育所存在的问题以及原因进行具体深入分析，着力构建出解决对策：切实调整大学生法制教育培养理念；完善大学生法制教育内容；改进大学生法制教育的实践途径；重视大学生法制教育师资队伍建设；内化大学生的法制观念和法律意识。试图为高校在思想政治教育视域中对大学生法制教育的改进和创新发展提供理论依据和教育对策。
[Abstract]:The legal education of college students has always been an important part of Marxist ideological and political education in the educational system of our country. In the social life, the important position of the law is increasingly prominent, the country and the individual all cast more and more attention to this. Legal literacy is the basic accomplishment that everyone should possess. The university period is the key period for the formation of university students' world outlook, outlook on life and values. It is particularly important to cultivate good legal literacy during this period. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out legal education for college students. At present, most college students' understanding and grasp of the law have reached the basic requirements, but there are still shortcomings. From the point of view of school, the legal education of college students has made some achievements, but from the view of their own values, the effect of legal education has not yet been effective. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen and improve the current situation of college students'legal education. College students are the hope of the motherland, they shoulder the historical responsibility of building a socialist harmonious society. Solving the problems existing in the legal education of college students can not only promote the development of the ideological and political education system, but also meet the development requirements of the whole education system. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the connotation of the legal education of college students and its dialectical relationship with the ideological and political education in the field of ideological and political education, and to analyze the problems and causes of the legal education of contemporary college students. The countermeasures should be put into practice: adjusting the concept of legal education of college students, perfecting the contents of legal education, improving the practical ways of the legal education of college students, paying attention to the construction of the teaching staff of the legal education of college students. Internalize the legal concept and legal consciousness of college students. This paper attempts to provide theoretical basis and educational countermeasures for the improvement and innovative development of college students' legal education in the field of ideological and political education.
