90后大学生社会责任感培养探析

【摘要】:90后大学生是祖国的未来、民族的希望,他们肩负着加快推进社会主义现代化,,构建社会主义和谐社会,建设中国特色社会主义,振兴中华的历史重任,而要承担起这项历史重任,必须具有强烈的社会责任感。 本文运用问卷调查方法,对90后大学生社会责任感的现状进行了调查。本文在调查现状的基础上,深入分析了责任的含义和特征、责任感的含义和构成要素,个人责任与社会责任的关系,90后大学生社会责任感的内涵,并以马克思主义哲学、伦理学、心理学和思想政治教育学作为90后大学生社会责任感培养的相关学理依据。针对90后大学生社会责任感方面存在的现实问题,从90后大学生自身、家庭、学校和社会四个角度展开讨论,认为90后大学生自我意识的偏差是导致社会责任感弱化的内部因素,家庭教育、学校倾向以及社会转型的冲击是导致90后大学生社会责任感弱化的外部因素。根据90后大学生社会责任感出现的问题和原因,提出培养和提高90后大学生社会责任感的对策措施,一是确立90后大学生责任主体地位,二是创新高校思想政治教育,三是积极参加社会实践,四是塑造和谐的文化环境,五是建立长效机制。
[Abstract]:The post-90s college students are the future of the motherland and the hope of the nation. They shoulder the historical responsibility of speeding up socialist modernization, building a socialist harmonious society, building socialism with Chinese characteristics, and rejuvenating China. To shoulder this historical responsibility, we must have a strong sense of social responsibility. The present situation of social responsibility of post-1990 college students is investigated by questionnaire. Based on the investigation of the present situation, this paper deeply analyzes the meaning and characteristics of responsibility, the meaning and elements of responsibility, the relationship between individual responsibility and social responsibility, the connotation of social responsibility of post-90s college students, and makes use of Marxist philosophy. Ethics, psychology and ideological and political pedagogy are the relevant theoretical basis for the 90-year college students to cultivate their sense of social responsibility. In view of the practical problems existing in the social responsibility of post-90s college students, this paper discusses from four angles: the post-90s college students themselves, their families, their schools and the society. It is believed that the deviation of self-consciousness of post-90s college students is the internal factor leading to the weakening of social responsibility, while the impact of family education, school tendency and social transformation is the external factor leading to the weakening of social responsibility of post-90s college students. According to the problems and causes of the post-90s college students' social responsibility, this paper puts forward the countermeasures to cultivate and improve the post-90s college students' social responsibility. The first is to establish the post-90s college students' responsibility as the main body, and the other is to innovate the ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The third is to actively participate in social practice, the fourth is to create a harmonious cultural environment, and the fifth is to establish a long-term mechanism.
