美国大学的“公款消费”

【摘要】：正杜克大学是美国知名的大学,有着"南方哈佛"之称。2011年,该校总收入达到了40亿美元,其中,学生学费、科研资助经费和校友捐赠费用各占三分之一。从任何一个角度讲,一个如此规模的学校在日常业务中必然会产生一些交往的费用,公款消费、请客吃饭也在所难免。在抵达杜克大学后的一个周末,学院方面组织大家外出参观,中午饭由学院支付。这是我第一次享受杜克大学的"公款请客"——每人7.29美元
[Abstract]:Zhengduk University, a leading American university known as Southern Harvard, earned $4 billion in 2011, with 1/3 for student tuition, 1/3 for research grants and 1/3 for alumni donations. From any point of view, a school of this size will inevitably incur some communication expenses in its daily business. On the weekend after arriving at Duke, the school organized tours and lunch was paid by the college. This is the first time I've ever enjoyed Duke's "public money treat"-$7.29 per person.
