现代中国大学校长职业伦理研究

【摘要】:本文将大学校长职业伦理的概念界定为:处于大学校长位置的人在职业活动中应该遵循的行为规范和价值观念的总和。基于大学校长职业的内在要求,校长在职业活动中分别与学生、教师以及社会各方存在利益关系,如何处理与各方的利益关系便成为本文需要研究的问题。 基于上述的考量,本文主要分为五个部分:首先从传统溯源的角度,分别梳理了我国古代对高等教育学术机构领袖职业伦理的要求以及我国近代对大学校长职业伦理的要求。其次从国际审视的角度,梳理了域外对大学校长职业伦理的要求。三是试图分别通过问卷调查和网络资料的整理了解师生和公众对大学校长职业伦理的期待。四是主要通过对网络资料的整理,呈现大学校长职业群体的实然伦理状态。第五,分析职业伦理失范的原因并提出相应的策略。 本文的结论主要有:第一,各方所期待的大学校长是:爱岗敬业、德行高尚、有服务意识(对内服务师生,对外服务社会),并且是知识领袖和社会的良知,但现实的情况是,大学校长并没有做到成为大学伦理的领袖和社会的良知。第二,从三个层面提出回归大学校长职业伦理的策略,即,彰显大学自主性,去除大学行政化;获得社会对大学校长职业的尊重和认同;形成校长共同体,制定校长公约。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the concept of professional ethics of university presidents is defined as: the sum of the codes of conduct and values that should be followed by people in the position of university presidents in their professional activities. Based on the inherent requirements of the university president's career, the president has interest relations with students, teachers and all parties in the professional activities. How to deal with the interests of all parties becomes a problem to be studied in this paper. Based on the above considerations, this paper is divided into five parts: firstly, from the perspective of traditional tracing, this paper combs the requirements of the professional ethics of the leaders of academic institutions of higher education in ancient China and the professional ethics of university presidents in modern China. Secondly, from the angle of international examination, the author combs the demands of professional ethics of university presidents. Third, the author tries to understand the expectation of college presidents' professional ethics by questionnaire and internet data. Fourth, through the collation of network data, it presents the status of the professional group of university presidents. Fifth, analyze the causes of professional ethics anomie and put forward the corresponding strategies. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first, the university presidents expected by all parties are: loving their jobs, being virtuous, having a sense of service (serving teachers and students at home and serving society externally), and being knowledge leaders and social conscience, but the reality is that, The university president did not become the leader of university ethics and the conscience of society. Secondly, it puts forward the strategies of returning to the professional ethics of university presidents from three aspects, that is, to show the autonomy of the university, to remove the university administration, to obtain the social respect and recognition of the university presidents' profession, to form the presidents' community, and to formulate the presidents' conventions.
