勒温的场论在高校德育中的应用研究

【摘要】：社会主义市场经济迅猛发展的同时，西方思潮大量涌入，道德范畴变得模糊，道德教育已迫在眉睫，，特别是作为祖国未来的建设者和接班人—大学生的道德教育。因此，研究和探讨高校德育对于现阶段的道德教育有着特别的现实意义。勒温的场论这一理论认为在一定的外部环境下，由人与环境共同形成的心理生活空间即“场”对人的行为发生实际作用并共同作用于人的行为。把上述理论应用于高校德育中，得出大学生的本人的道德行为都是外部环境通过大学生的自我状态与心理环境共同作用所构成的高校德育场而发生的。因此，本文构建高校德育场，并以此为主线，从大学生本身的自我意识、知觉运动区域以及心理环境三方面进行探讨，并在高校德育现状的深入分析的基础上，提出相应的对策。这样更有利于大学生发挥自己的主观能动性，在面对道德两难情境时，自然而然地把道德信念转化为道德行为，达到道德认知和道德行为的统一，增强高校德育的实效性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of socialist market economy, a large number of western ideological trends have flooded in, the moral category has become blurred, moral education has become urgent, especially as the future builders and successors of the motherland-college students' moral education. Therefore, it is of special practical significance to study and discuss moral education in colleges and universities. Lewin's field theory holds that in a certain external environment, the psychological living space formed by man and environment, namely, "field" has a practical effect on human behavior and acts on human behavior together. Applying the above theory to the moral education in colleges and universities, it is concluded that the moral behavior of the college students is the result of the external environment which is formed by the joint action of the university students' self-state and the psychological environment. Therefore, this article constructs the moral education field in colleges and universities, and takes this as the main line, from three aspects of college students' own self-consciousness, perceptual movement region and psychological environment, and on the basis of in-depth analysis of the present situation of moral education in colleges and universities, The corresponding countermeasures are put forward. This is more helpful for college students to play their own subjective initiative, in the face of moral dilemma, naturally transform moral belief into moral behavior, achieve the unity of moral cognition and moral behavior, and enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colleges and universities.
