中国研究型大学基层教学组织优化研究

【摘要】:研究型大学是高等教育系统的重要组成部分,是高层次创新人才培养的摇篮,研究型大学的教学质量直接关系到国家科技创新事业的发展和综合国力的提高。基层教学组织是研究型大学开展教学活动的前沿阵地,基层教学组织的工作质量直接影响到研究型大学的教学水平和人才培养质量,因此,本文以实施教学过程的最基本单位基层教学组织为研究对象,利用文献法、比较法、调查法等研究方法,在对中国高校教学基层组织的发展脉络进行梳理,借鉴国外一流大学的先进经验的基础上,以哈工大为例调查研究型大学教学基层组织的现状,并针对发现的问题,提出优化的原则和策略。 第一部分简要介绍了课题的研究背景、目的和意义,以及国内外关于本课题的研究现状,强调了基层教学组织改革的必要性。 第二部分是文献综述和理论基础。首先在大量文献的基础上界定了相关概念,然后回顾了中国研究型大学基层教学组织的发展历程,,并依此指出了基层教学组织发展变化的影响因素,最后叙述了课题的理论基础。 第三部分先后介绍了美国、德国、日本的基层教学组织的特点,指出充分尊重学术自由是基层教学组织发挥作用的前提,多样化是基层教学组织的发展趋势,并且国外一流大学愈加重视教学基层组织的中层管理。 第四部分以哈工大为对象对我国研究型大学基层教学组织进行实证调研,并利用SPSS17.0对数据进行统计分析,根据主成分分析和象限分析探索基层教学组织的优化路径。 第五部分在对研究型大学基层教学组织存在的问题进行分析的基础上提出优化的原则,进而提出构建学习型基层教学组织的优化策略,并设计超文本组织结构,建立“承上启下”的管理方式为学习型基层教学组织提供结构基础和管理保障。 本文通过文献和理论梳理、国内外经验比较和哈工大实证分析,从研究型大学基层教学组织的实际情况出发,提出了具体的优化策略,旨为我国研究型大学基层教学组织的发展和完善提供一些指导。
[Abstract]:Research-oriented university is an important part of higher education system and the cradle of cultivating high-level innovative talents. The teaching quality of research-oriented university is directly related to the development of national science and technology innovation and the improvement of comprehensive national strength. Grass-roots teaching organization is the front position for research universities to carry out teaching activities. The work quality of grass-roots teaching organizations has a direct impact on the teaching level of research universities and the quality of personnel training. In this paper, the basic unit teaching organizations of the implementation of the teaching process as the research object, using the literature method, comparative method, investigation method and other research methods, the development of grass-roots organizations in colleges and universities in China is sorted out. On the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience of the first class universities in foreign countries, this paper makes an investigation of the present situation of the basic teaching organizations in the research universities, and puts forward the principles and strategies for optimizing the problems. The first part briefly introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the subject, as well as the status quo of the research at home and abroad, and emphasizes the necessity of the reform of the grass-roots teaching organization. The second part is literature review and theoretical basis. On the basis of a large number of literatures, this paper defines the relevant concepts, then reviews the development process of grass-roots teaching organizations in Chinese research universities, and points out the factors influencing the development and change of grass-roots teaching organizations. Finally, the theoretical basis of the subject is described. The third part introduces the characteristics of grass-roots teaching organizations in the United States, Germany and Japan, and points out that full respect for academic freedom is the prerequisite for grass-roots teaching organizations to play their role, and diversification is the development trend of grass-roots teaching organizations. And foreign top-class universities pay more and more attention to the middle-level management of teaching organizations. The fourth part takes Harbin University of Technology as the object to carry on the empirical investigation to the grass-roots teaching organization of the research university of our country, and uses SPSS17.0 to carry on the statistical analysis to the data, according to the principal component analysis and the quadrant analysis to explore the optimized path of the grass-roots teaching organization. The fifth part puts forward the principle of optimization on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the basic teaching organization of the research university, and then puts forward the optimization strategy of constructing the learning basic level teaching organization, and designs the hypertext organization structure. Establishing the management mode of "connecting the above with the following" provides the structure foundation and the management guarantee for the learning basic level teaching organization. Based on the literature and theory review, the comparison of domestic and foreign experiences and the empirical analysis of Harbin University of Technology, this paper puts forward some specific optimization strategies based on the actual situation of grass-roots teaching organization in research universities. The aim is to provide some guidance for the development and perfection of the basic teaching organization of research universities in China.
