【摘要】:正对教学和科研的评价,长期以来被看做学术界内部的事情,外界甚少介入。但是,高等教育的大众化以及高等学校与社会经济发展关系的密切,人才的质量、学术成果的质量以及大学整体质量,日益受到社会、政府等各个方面的关注。关注学术质量,就不能不关注衡量学术质量的标准与方法。随着利益相关者的增加,评价高等教育质量的标准也在走向多样化,出现
[Abstract]:The evaluation of teaching and scientific research has long been regarded as an internal matter of academia, with little outside intervention. However, the popularization of higher education and the close relationship between higher education and social and economic development, the quality of talents, academic achievements and the overall quality of universities have been paid more and more attention by the society, the government and so on. To pay attention to academic quality, we must pay attention to the standards and methods of measuring academic quality. As the number of stakeholders increases, the criteria for evaluating the quality of higher education are becoming more diversified.
