产权、组织与管理:H大学校办企业管理体制改革的研究
[Abstract]:It is a unique phenomenon in the history of higher education in the world that Chinese colleges and universities invest directly to set up enterprises, which is a problem with Chinese characteristics. Universities and enterprises themselves belong to different fields and bear different responsibilities. As a combination of the two, some problems and contradictions inevitably appear in the enterprises run by colleges and universities. One of the important practical problems is that the reform of the management system of the university-run enterprises has gradually appeared in the field of vision of all walks of life. This paper will discuss the problem in depth. In the form of case study, this paper selects H University as the object of study, and takes property right, organization and management as the breakthrough point. The full text always revolves around these three core elements, in order to provide useful reference for relevant research. The specific structure of this paper is as follows: firstly, the research background, significance, domestic and foreign research trends and the research ideas and methods of the research on the reform of the management system of H University are described. The second is the theoretical basis and the outline of the university-run enterprises: property right theory, organization theory and modern management theory. The main idea is to explain the connotation of the theory, and then to reveal the enlightenment of the theory to the university-run enterprises. This paper mainly expounds the connotation, characteristics and development course of the university-run enterprises. The next is the practical investigation and reform approach of H-university enterprises, which is the core chapter of this paper. After analyzing the status of H University and the situation of H University's enterprises, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the management system of H University's enterprise from the angle of property right, organization and management. In the course of exploring the ways to reform the management system of H university, this paper first puts forward the design of the overall framework of the reform of the management system of H university, and then from the government, property rights, Organizing and managing four dimensions combing the measures and strategies of the reform of the management system of H university, the ultimate goal is to establish the modern enterprise system which accords with the characteristics of H university. In the end, the author thinks deeply about the development of the management system after the reform of the management system in H University. This chapter analyzes the reason why the development of H university enterprises has a long way to go, and sums up the full text and probes into the future research direction.
