论医学高校辅导员医德教育功能发挥的系统化

【摘要】：受诸多因素的复杂影响,当前我国医学院校的医德教育效果不甚理想。本人认为其中一个至关重要的原因,那就是医学高校辅导员医德教育功能的缺失。本文拟从医学生医德教育现状入手,对辅导员发挥医德功能进行必要性分析,进而从六个方面对辅导员在日常工作中如何更好地发挥医德教育功能进行系统化的探讨和设计。
[Abstract]:Influenced by many factors, medical ethics education in medical colleges and universities in our country is not satisfactory at present. I think one of the most important reasons is the lack of medical moral education function of medical college counselors. Starting from the current situation of medical moral education of medical students, this paper analyzes the necessity of the counselors' function of medical ethics, and then discusses and designs systematically how to better exert the function of medical moral education in the daily work of counselors from six aspects.
