大学生价值认同的文化实现路径研究

【摘要】：价值认同指个体对社会核心价值观从内心深处产生的认同，是个体发展与社会和谐的保证。如果社会传导的价值文化信息能够与大学生的价值结构相符合，将主导的核心价值与大学生的认同良好地结合在一起，就能刺激大学生开启“认同之门”，产生价值认同倾向和认同意愿。将文化作为一种资源，通过不断发掘文化的思想政治教育功能并将思想政治教育的内容渗透融合于文化中，能够对大学生产生积极的影响，帮助大学生树立正确的价值取向，自觉抵制腐朽价值的侵蚀，进而在认知的基础上，实现情感和价值观的认同。 本文从价值认同的概念探析入手，紧贴如何以文化实现大学生的价值认同。首先对大学生价值认同和文化进行阐述，分析相应的含义、特点、功能。在掌握大学生价值认同与文化的关联后，对基于文化实现大学生价值认同的可能性和必要性进行总结归纳，明确大学生价值认同文化实现的相关理论依据。通过调查问卷，总结存在的问题并对影响大学生价值认同文化实现的因素进行探究。在此基础上探索并提出了大学生价值认同的文化实现路径。从主导文化、大学文化、文化载体、文化传播以及大学生个体文化自觉方面完善大学生对主导价值观的认同。以文化为资源和载体实现价值认同有利于增强思想政治教育的渗透力，，在大学生思想中形成强大的精神力量、基本的道德规范和共同的理想信念，形成与社会主导价值相适应的价值观。
[Abstract]:Value identity refers to the identity of individuals to the core values of society, which is the guarantee of individual development and social harmony. If the value cultural information transmitted by the society can accord with the value structure of college students and combine the dominant core value well with the identity of college students, it can stimulate college students to open the "door of identity". To produce a tendency to identify with value and a willingness to identify. Taking culture as a kind of resource, by constantly excavating the function of ideological and political education of culture and infiltrating the contents of ideological and political education into culture, it can have a positive influence on college students and help them to set up correct value orientation. Self-consciously resist the erosion of decadent value, and then realize the recognition of emotion and values on the basis of cognition. This article starts with the concept of value identity and how to realize the value identity of college students by culture. First of all, the value identity and culture of college students are expounded, and the corresponding meanings, characteristics and functions are analyzed. After mastering the relationship between college students' value identity and culture, this paper sums up the possibility and necessity of realizing university students' value identity based on culture, and clarifies the relevant theoretical basis for the realization of university students' value identity culture. Through the questionnaire, this paper summarizes the existing problems and explores the factors that affect the realization of value identity culture of college students. On this basis, this paper explores and puts forward the cultural realization path of college students' value identity. From the dominant culture, university culture, cultural carrier, cultural dissemination and individual cultural awareness of college students to improve the identity of leading values. Taking culture as the resource and carrier to realize the value identity is helpful to strengthen the penetration of ideological and political education, to form a powerful spiritual force, basic moral norms and common ideals and beliefs in the thought of college students. Form the values that fit in with the social dominant values.
