孟子民本思想与高等教育管理研究

【摘要】：高等教育管理是指高校行政领导,通过计划、组织、实施等行为,发挥学校一切人力、物力以及财力的效益,以完成学校所承担的各项教学和科研任务,实现年度培养目标。随着我国高等教育的深入发展和改革,高等教育管理中的组织管理、人力资源管理和人才培养管理都显现出不同的问题。本文从研究孟子的民本思想入手,运用查阅文献法试图找到一定的理论依据。孟子民本思想的核心观点是：人民是国家的主体,君主要想坐稳江山、坐久江山,就要顺民意、得民心,要做到“民贵君轻”。在高等教育管理上也同样沿用此理,一所大学要绵远流长,做出成绩,靠的是每一位员工,所以也要顺民意,得民心。借鉴孟子民本思想的精髓,运用资料分析法对高等教育管理一定的启示,从而推进我国当代高等教育的发展。本文共分为五章。第一章是绪论部分,介绍论文的研究意义、研究现状、研究的思路与创新之处。本文研究孟子的民本思想,是为了从被管理者的角度出发,推动高等教育管理的进步的方式方法。第二章介绍孟子民本思想的起源、主要内容、价值内涵和思维方法。从思考主要内容,得出其价值内涵,再推出其思维方法,这三方面成为孟子民本思想和高等教育管理的连接点。第三章主要介绍高等教育管理的内容和高等教育管理的哲学价值。第四章是全文重点,笔者从孟子民本思想对高等教育管理的启示,来审视和解决我国当代高等教育中所存在的问题。逐层深入地说明了,民本思想强大的思想价值。第五章是结语,当代中国正处在重大的变革中,我们需要获得更多的历史启示,借鉴孟子民本思想,用民本思想的启示来审视当代我国高等教育管理,是一个值得研究的问题。
[Abstract]:The management of higher education refers to the administrative leadership of colleges and universities, through such actions as planning, organizing and implementing, exerting the benefits of all human, material and financial resources of the school, in order to complete the teaching and scientific research tasks undertaken by the school and to realize the annual training goal. With the further development and reform of higher education in our country, the organizational management, human resource management and talent training management of higher education management all appear different problems. Starting with the study of Mencius' people-oriented thought, this paper tries to find some theoretical basis by consulting literature. The core idea of Mencius' people-oriented thought is that the people are the main body of the country. If the monarch wants to sit on the river for a long time, he should follow the will of the people and win the people's support. In the management of higher education, the same principle is followed. A university must be long and successful, depending on every employee, so it must follow the will of the people and win the hearts of the people. Using the quintessence of Mencius' people-oriented thought and using the method of data analysis to enlighten the management of higher education, we can promote the development of contemporary higher education in our country. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, introduces the research significance, the research present situation, the research thought and the innovation place. The purpose of this paper is to study Mencius' people-oriented thought in order to promote the progress of higher education management from the point of view of the manager. The second chapter introduces the origin, main content, value connotation and thinking method of Mencius' people-oriented thought. From thinking about the main content, get its value connotation, and then put forward its thinking method, these three aspects become Mencius people-oriented thinking and higher education management of the joint point. The third chapter mainly introduces the content of higher education management and the philosophical value of higher education management. The fourth chapter is the focus of the paper. The author examines and solves the problems existing in contemporary higher education from the enlightenment of Mencius' people-oriented thought to the management of higher education. Layer by layer of in-depth explanation of the people-based thought of the powerful ideological value. The fifth chapter is the conclusion, the contemporary China is in the important transformation, we need to obtain more historical enlightenment, draws lessons from Mencius people thought, uses the people thought enlightenment to examine the contemporary our country higher education management, is a question worthy to study.
