大学生社会交往能力培养研究

【摘要】:社会交往是人社会化的必然途径。作为社会一员的大学生必须通过社会交往逐渐由校园走向社会。不断增强社会交往能力是大学生能够准确地自我认知、更好地全面发展、更好地实现社会化的重要需求。而良好的社会交往能力不是与生俱来的,,需要经过教育、学习、实践、内化而得以不断提升。由于大众化教育的弊端、应试教育的潜移默化和虚拟网络的影响以及独生子女的普遍现象,致使大学生社会交往能力的现状不容乐观。与此同时,大学生社会交往能力的培养却未受到足够的重视。因此,本文以大学生社会交往能力为研究对象,对大学生社会交往能力培养对策进行探讨并提出建议。 本文从社会交往和社会交往能力的内涵与要素、大学生社会交往的特殊性与类型、大学生社会交往能力的内涵与要素、大学生社会交往能力培养的必要性与可行性等方面对大学生社会交往能力培养的研究基础进行了探讨;进而选取了四川理工学院、中国计量学院、南昌大学三所高校作为大学生社会交往能力培养的实践案例,总结分析了大学生社会交往能力培养的有益经验与薄弱环节;最后,针对大学生社会交往能力的现状和大学生社会交往能力培养的薄弱环节,紧密结合大学生社会交往能力的构成要素,从增强大学生社会交往能力培养意识、优化大学生社会交往能力培养课程、深化大学生社会交往能力培养活动、拓展大学生社会交往能力培养途径、提升大学生社会交往能力培养实效等五个方面提出了加强大学生社会交往能力培养的对策与措施。
[Abstract]:Social communication is an inevitable way to socialize people. As a member of society, college students must gradually move from campus to society through social communication. To enhance the ability of social communication is an important demand for college students to be able to recognize themselves accurately, to develop in an all-round way and to realize socialization. But the good social intercourse ability is not innate, needs through the education, the study, the practice, the internalization to be able to enhance unceasingly. Because of the malpractice of popular education, the influence of exam-oriented education and virtual network, and the universal phenomenon of only child, the present situation of college students' social communication ability is not optimistic. At the same time, the cultivation of college students' social communication ability has not been paid enough attention. Therefore, this article takes the college students' social communication ability as the research object, discusses the countermeasure of the college students' social communication ability and puts forward some suggestions. This article is based on the connotation and elements of social intercourse and its ability, the particularity and type of college students' social communication, and the connotation and elements of college students' social communication ability. The necessity and feasibility of the cultivation of college students' social communication ability are discussed in this paper, and then the Sichuan Institute of Technology, the China Institute of Metrology, and so on are selected. Three colleges and universities of Nanchang University, as a practical case of the cultivation of college students' social communication ability, summarize and analyze the beneficial experience and weak links of the cultivation of college students' social communication ability. In view of the present situation of college students' social communication ability and the weak link of the cultivation of college students' social communication ability, combining closely with the constituent elements of college students' social communication ability, we should strengthen the cultivation consciousness of college students' social communication ability. To optimize the course of cultivating college students' social communication ability, to deepen the activities of cultivating college students' social communication ability, and to expand the ways of cultivating college students' social communication ability. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to strengthen the cultivation of college students' social communication ability from five aspects, such as improving the actual effect of the cultivation of college students' social communication ability.
