面向高等教育产学研合作培养模式研究

【摘要】:近年来,高校毕业生的就业问题受到了越来越多人的关注。高校毕业生对于职业发展规划的茫然,以及企业对于高校毕业生实践技能不足的哀叹,均反映了当今高校培养的人才与企业生产所需人才之间还存在一定差距。同时它也反映了在当今信息高速膨胀的时代,在有限的教学年限中培养出“通才”已经不现实,但高校教育部门依旧没有重视与企业的交流合作,优化课程体系等问题。基于此,笔者提出了面向高校的产学研合作教育培养模式研究课题,希望通过这一研究,能够使高校的人才培养目标与企业的人才需求更好地达成一致,从而为我国教育管理事业做出一定贡献。 本文主要是在现有产学研合作教育研究成果上做进一步探索,并且针对产学研合作教育模式研究中存在的一些不足之处提出改善。本文首先通过对价值链理论等产学研合作教育相关理论的分析研究,印证了中国走上产学研合作教育道路的合理性和可行性。针对中国教育施行产学研合作教育的必要性以及国内外研究现状,本文运用文献研究法和对比研究法,对国内外多种产学研合作教育模式展开了深入研究,并分析了产学研合作教育参与者在各种模式中所起到的作用。通过研究发现,中国的国情特点使得国外的产学研合作教育模式并不适合在中国大范围推广。因此,本文针对适合中国特色的产学研合作教育培养模式进行了探讨。为了进一步挖掘产学研合作教育中存在的实际问题,本文采用调查研究法,对在校学生进行了调研,而且对一些产学研合作教育的参与者进行了访谈,发现了中国高校产学研合作教育中的不足,最后给出了相应的改进方案,其中包括学院思想建设层面上的教改方向、教学操作层面上的具体实施措施等。此外,本文最后还提出了符合产学研合作教育相关理论的校企合作教育概念模型。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment of college graduates has been paid more and more attention. The blankness of college graduates' career development planning and the lament of enterprises' lack of practical skills reflect the gap between the talents cultivated in colleges and the talents needed by enterprises. At the same time, it also reflects that in the era of rapid expansion of information, it is unrealistic to cultivate "generalists" in the limited teaching years, but the education departments in colleges and universities still do not attach importance to the exchange and cooperation with enterprises, optimize the curriculum system and so on. Based on this, the author puts forward the research topic of the cooperative education and training mode of production-university-research in colleges and universities, and hopes that through this research, the goal of talents cultivation in colleges and universities can be better agreed with the talents demand of enterprises. In order to make a certain contribution to the cause of education management in our country. This paper is mainly to further explore the existing research results of industry-university-research cooperative education, and to improve some deficiencies in the research of industry-university-research cooperative education model. Firstly, through the analysis and research on the theory of value chain, the rationality and feasibility of China taking the road of industry-university-research cooperative education are confirmed. In view of the necessity of implementing industry-university-research cooperative education in Chinese education and the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper makes a thorough study on various modes of production-university-research cooperative education at home and abroad by using literature and comparative research methods. It also analyzes the role of the participants in the cooperative education of industry, college and research in various models. Through the research, it is found that the characteristics of China's national conditions make the overseas cooperative education mode is not suitable to be popularized in China on a large scale. Therefore, this paper probes into the cooperative education and training mode of industry, college and research suitable for Chinese characteristics. In order to further excavate the practical problems existing in the cooperative education of industry, college and research, this paper adopts the method of investigation and research, carries on the investigation to the student in the school, and has carried on the interview to the participant of the cooperation education of the production, the university and the research. This paper finds out the deficiency in the cooperative education of production, college and research in Chinese universities, and finally puts forward the corresponding improvement scheme, including the direction of teaching reform in the level of college ideological construction, the concrete implementation measures on the level of teaching operation and so on. In addition, the paper also puts forward a conceptual model of school-enterprise cooperative education in accordance with the theory of industry, university and research cooperation education.
