中美高校德育方法比较研究

【摘要】:德育是高等教育的一个非常重要的方面。本文主要运用比较分析研究法,对中美高校德育方法的异同进行了较为全面地探讨和分析,尽管两国社会制度不同,但是两国均重视在高校中发挥德育的重要作用,德育方法也存在共性:两国高校都把课程教学法作为实施德育的基本方法;都注重通过各种社会或学校活动来提高德育的效果;都重视利用大众传媒来进行德育;都重视心理咨询法的作用。从存在差异的角度上:我国高校德育注重党团组织活动,而不是像美国利用宗教教育;我国高校德育注重德育社会实践活动政治化,而不是像美国高校的德育社会服务生活化;我国高校德育更注重灌输教育,而不是像美国注重隐性教育。通过对比并切实与我国高校的实情相联系,努力探讨提高我国高校德育实效的方法,着力指出要注意在课程教学方法上实行灌输与渗透相结合,注意显性德育与隐性德育相结合,在社会实践活动上实现主动参与和意识内贴近生活。从而进一步推进当前我国高校德育的改革与实践,进一步发挥德育在我国高校中培养社会主义建设者和接班人的重要作用。 基于这个思路,本文共分为五部分。第一章:绪论;第二章:中美高校德育实施的主要方法;第三章:中美高校德育方法的异同点;第四章:美国高校德育方法对我国高校德育方法的启示;第五章:结论。
[Abstract]:Moral education is a very important aspect of higher education. This article mainly uses the comparative analysis research method, has carried on the thorough discussion and the analysis to the Chinese and American university moral education method similarities and differences. Although the two countries have different social systems, both countries attach importance to the important role of the moral education in the colleges and universities. Moral education methods also have commonness: both colleges and universities take curriculum teaching method as the basic method of moral education, pay attention to improving the effect of moral education through various social or school activities, attach importance to the use of mass media to carry out moral education; Both attach importance to the role of psychological counseling. From the point of view of differences, moral education in colleges and universities in our country pays attention to the activities of party groups rather than to the use of religious education as in the United States, the moral education in colleges and universities in our country pays attention to the politicization of social practical activities of moral education, rather than to the social service of moral education in the United States. Moral education in colleges and universities in our country pays more attention to inculcating education than to recessive education like America. By comparing and connecting with the reality of colleges and universities in our country, this paper tries to probe into the methods to improve the actual effect of moral education in colleges and universities in our country, and points out emphatically that we should pay attention to the combination of instillation and infiltration in the teaching methods of courses. Pay attention to the combination of explicit moral education and implicit moral education, realize active participation and close to life in social practice. In order to further promote the reform and practice of moral education in colleges and universities in our country, further play the important role of moral education in cultivating socialist constructors and successors in colleges and universities of our country. Based on this idea, this paper is divided into five parts. The first chapter: introduction; the second chapter: the main methods of moral education in Chinese and American universities; the third chapter: the similarities and differences of moral education methods in Chinese and American universities; the fourth chapter: the enlightenment of American moral education methods to the moral education methods of colleges and universities in China; the fifth chapter: conclusions.
