我国高校创新团队管理问题及对策研究

【摘要】:目前我国高等教育已处于从规模拓展到质量提高的转型时期,加强创新团队管理是高校提升质量和水平的重要举措。在科研创新活动中,高校创新团队作为一个提高人才培养质量以及提升科学研究水平的跨学科研究组织,是科技创新的核心力量之一,,地位非常重要。但是团队在管理方面却遇到了一系列诸如团队成员构成不合理、学科交叉没有落实、团队管理机制缺乏科学性、缺乏创新的团队文化、科研成果成熟度不够或缺乏可行性等问题,阻碍我国高校创新团队进一步发展。 本文从探究创新团队的起源、形成的历史背景出发,对我国高校创新团队存在的问题进行了深入的剖析,通过运用案例研究法、系统分析法等对当前我国大学创新团队的管理实践进行了充分的调查研究和实证分析,并对其经验进行总结梳理,在结合我国高校创新团队发展现状的基础上,提出了问题解决对策。第一部分是本文的绪论部分,首先分析了创新团队管理研究的背景和意义,并对国内外团队管理文献进行了梳理,给出了研究的内容、方法和技术路线等,是对论文的总体概括;第二部分是高校创新团队管理内容及其理论分析,该部分首先构建了高校创新团队管理的内容和结构,并对相关理论进行了分析介绍,为在本研究中引用这些理论建立了必要的基础;第三部分是高校创新团队管理现状及归因分析,该部分对目前我国高校创新团队管理现状进行了分析,并通过调查数据挖掘了高校创新团队管理存在的问题及其原因;第四部分是高校创新团队管理对策,该部分结合第二部分若干理论分析,详细论述了加强我国高校创新团队管理的相关对策及建议,并对我国高校创新团队管理未来发展方向进行了探究;第五部分是国防科大创新团队管理案例分析,该部分选取了国防科技大学自主创新团队的四个有代表性的团队,通过对它们管理的案例进行剖析,找寻出一些可借鉴的经验,并印证了第四部分相关对策及建议的正确性和可行性。
[Abstract]:At present, China's higher education has been in the transition period from scale expansion to quality improvement. Strengthening innovation team management is an important measure to improve the quality and level of colleges and universities. In the activities of scientific research and innovation, as an interdisciplinary research organization to improve the quality of personnel training and the level of scientific research, the innovation team of colleges and universities is one of the core forces of scientific and technological innovation, and its status is very important. However, the team has encountered a series of problems in management, such as the irrational composition of team members, the lack of implementation of interdisciplinary disciplines, the lack of scientific team management mechanism, and the lack of innovative team culture. The lack of maturity or feasibility of scientific research results hinders the further development of innovation team in colleges and universities. Based on the historical background of exploring the origin and formation of innovation team, this paper makes a deep analysis of the existing problems of innovation team in colleges and universities in China, and applies the case study method. The system analysis method and so on have carried on the thorough investigation research and the demonstration analysis to the present university innovation team management practice, and summarized its experience, combined with our country university innovation team development present situation foundation, The solution to the problem is put forward. The first part is the introduction of this paper. Firstly, it analyzes the background and significance of the research on innovative team management, combs the literature of team management at home and abroad, and gives the contents, methods and technical routes of the research. The second part is the content and theoretical analysis of innovation team management in colleges and universities, which firstly constructs the content and structure of innovation team management in colleges and universities, and analyzes and introduces the relevant theories. The third part is the analysis of the current situation and attribution of innovation team management in colleges and universities, this part analyzes the current situation of innovation team management in colleges and universities in China. The fourth part is the countermeasures of innovation team management in colleges and universities, which is combined with some theoretical analysis in the second part. This paper discusses in detail the relevant countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the management of innovation team in colleges and universities of our country, and probes into the future development direction of the management of innovation team in colleges and universities of our country. The fifth part is the case analysis of innovation team management of National Defense Science and Technology University. This part selects four representative teams of the independent innovation team of the National Defense University of Science and Technology, through the analysis of the case of their management, find out some experience that can be used for reference. And confirmed the fourth part of the relevant countermeasures and recommendations of the correctness and feasibility.
