高校教师学术交往的调查与思考

【摘要】：本文采用抽样问卷调查和个别访谈相结合方式,对我国普通本科高校教师校内学术交往的基本状况、存在问题和影响因素进行梳理和分析,提出构建良好的高校教师学术交往生态的对策和建议,即树立正确观念,提高交往意愿;健全学术制度,激发交往行为;创造多样机会,优化交往结构;营造良好氛围,提升交往效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, by means of sampling questionnaire and individual interviews, the basic situation, problems and influencing factors of academic communication among teachers in colleges and universities in China are analyzed and analyzed. The paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for constructing a good ecology of academic communication among teachers in colleges and universities, that is, to set up the correct idea, to improve the communication intention, to perfect the academic system, to stimulate the communication behavior, to create various opportunities, to optimize the communication structure, and to create a good atmosphere. Improve the effect of communication.
