中原工学院应用型人才培养研究

【摘要】:随着我国社会经济的快速发展,社会对高校人才培养的要求也不断提高,高等教育在满足精英培养的同时,需要培养大量高素质的应用型人才以满足社会需要,高等教育大众化是发展的必然趋势。在这种形势下,作为应用型人才培养主体的地方本科院校,其人才培养也应与时俱进,符合社会需求。但实际情况中,地方本科院校的人才培养质量处境较为尴尬,学生的理论水平和研究能力不如一流的重点院校,实践能力又不及高职高专的。因此地方本科院校应在定位于培养应用型人才目标的基础上,结合学校的自身发展情况,对培养过程中的培养方案、课程体系、教学方法等因素进行深入改革,建立符合学校自身定位与发展方向的人才培养模式是当务之急。 本文通过对中原工学院在应用型人才培养中存在的现实问题进行探讨和研究,根据对学校进行的实地调查等信息,分析我国地方高等院校在办学中存在的共性问题,并结合中原工学院的实际办学情况,提出相应的发展、改革策略,同时针对办学过程中所遇到的普遍问题,为其他院校提出切实可行的解决方案,以促进我国高等教育的发展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's social economy, the demand of the society for talent cultivation in Colleges and universities is also increasing. Higher education needs to cultivate a large number of high-quality applied talents to meet the needs of the society while meeting the needs of elite cultivation. Popularization of higher education is the inevitable trend of development. In this situation, as the main cultivator of applied talents. However, in reality, the quality of talent cultivation in local undergraduate colleges is in an awkward position, and the students'theoretical level and research ability are not as good as the first-class key colleges and universities, and their practical ability is not as good as those in Higher Vocational colleges. Based on the goal of cultivating applied talents and the development of the school itself, it is imperative to reform the training program, curriculum system, teaching methods and other factors in the process of training, and to establish a training model that conforms to the orientation and development of the school itself.
This paper probes into and studies the practical problems existing in the cultivation of Applied Talents in Zhongyuan Institute of Technology, analyzes the common problems existing in the running of local colleges and universities in China according to the field investigation and other information, and puts forward corresponding development and reform strategies according to the actual running situation of Zhongyuan Institute of Technology. In view of the common problems encountered in the process of running a school, this paper puts forward practical solutions for other colleges and universities to promote the development of higher education in China.
