以人为本视野下高校思想政治教育人性化研究

【摘要】：随着改革开放的进一步深入，我国对于人才需求的标准越来越高，高校思想政治教育也面临着新的环境和挑战。如今高校以“90后”学生为主。“90后”学生比较自我，善于表现自己，对于社会的判断比较主动，不再局限于单纯地接受知识。因此单一地、灌输式的思想政治教育模式很难符合当今社会发展的趋势和满足大学生全面发展的需求。为了增强高校思想政治教育的针对性、实效性，需要构建思想政治教育的人性化模式。本文针对高校思想政治教育的现状，结合以人为本的时代背景，从理论层面对思想政治教育人性化进行了初步构建。本文指出要实现思想政治教育人性化，首先：树立以人为本的基本教育理念，以人为本教育理念要求一切从学生实际出发，从学生的需要出发，以学生为根本，突出学生的主体性；其次：构建合格的思想政治教育工作团队，主要围绕学习和管理两个方面来展开论述；再次：营造以人为本的校园环境，既包括硬件设施建设，也包括软件设施的优化和利用；最后：注重思想政治教育方式方法的多样性，提高教育效果，主要提出了一些具体可行的实施方法。总之，站在以人为本的宏观背景下，高校思想政治教育实行人性化的教育模式是必要的。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the demand for talents in China is becoming higher and higher, and the ideological and political education in colleges and universities is facing new environment and challenges. Nowadays, colleges and universities are dominated by post-90s students, who are more self-oriented and are good at expressing themselves. They are more active in judging the society and are no longer limited to accepting knowledge simply. Therefore, it is difficult to meet the trend of social development and the demand of all-round development of college students in the mode of ideological and political education. In order to strengthen the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, it is necessary to construct a humanized mode of ideological and political education. In view of the present situation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities and the background of people-oriented, this paper makes a preliminary construction of humanization of ideological and political education from the theoretical level. This paper points out that in order to realize the humanization of ideological and political education, first of all, it is necessary to set up the basic educational concept of "people-oriented", which requires that everything proceed from the students' reality, start from the students' needs, and take the students as the root. Second, constructing qualified ideological and political education team, mainly focusing on the two aspects of learning and management; thirdly: building a people-oriented campus environment, including the construction of hardware facilities, Finally: pay attention to the diversity of ideological and political education methods, improve the educational results, mainly put forward some practical implementation methods. In a word, it is necessary to carry out humanized education mode in ideological and political education in colleges and universities under the macro-background of people-oriented.
