我国地方院校向创业型大学转型的多案例研究

【摘要】:本研究起源于对我国明确提出建设创业型大学多为地方院校这一特殊现象的寻解,聚焦于我国地方院校向创业型大学转型的具体实践。研究试图解决两个问题,一是我国地方院校向创业型大学转型的理论问题,即创业型大学是什么,为什么地方院校可以并应该转型为创业型大学;二是通过浙江农林大学对学术心脏激活的开拓创新,福州大学对发展外围拓宽的有益探索,义乌工商职业技术学院以创业教育突围的生动实践,去折射中国语境下高校创业转型的演绎方式。 第一章、第二章是理论耙梳章,文章从探讨欧美创业型大学的缘起开始,分析其逻辑起因与现实诱因,并指出创新型国家建设目标的应然要求是我国创业型大学兴起的特殊背景。文章认为创业型大学是自主创新精神与主动变革精神贯穿始终的大学,在职能特色与组织特色上有一定内规性,即要求大学的人才培养强调创新意识的唤醒与创业教育的联动,强调学术生产的实效性与资本效益的集聚,同时,强调善于激活学术创造力与转化力的组织架构的构建,强调善于进行冲突管理的组织管理特色,以及全校上下包容、开放、创新的文化氛围的形成。 第三章是承上启下章,分析了“创业型大学是研究型大学的专利”的理论倾向与“我国提出创业型大学建设目标的皆是地方院校”现实情况的反差,认为创业型大学并不是研究型大学的专利,而担心此提法对学校地位的降格是决定我国实力一般的地方院校而不是实力强劲的研究型大学提出创业转型的重要因素。文章认为创业型大学的多样性以及地方院校的生存遇困昭示着创业型大学是地方院校转型的一种战略选择。 第四章、第五章、第六章是案例分析章,研究通过对各院校相关负责人的访谈以及对政策文本、新闻史料、会议讲话等材料的跟踪收集与分析等途径进行,主要把握创业转型的原因、创业转型的具体举措及背后逻辑、需进一步关切的问题等核心命题,对浙江农林大学、福州大学、义乌工商职业技术学院的转型进行分析与探讨。文章认为浙江农林大学在激活学术心脏方面进行了卓有成效的开拓与创新,福州大学在拓宽的发展外围方面形成了有益探索,而义乌工商职业技术学院则以创业教育突围。 第七章,文章通过对三所典型院校转型经验的总结与分析,认为我国地方院校向创业型大学转型应以学术心脏激活作为地方院校转型的突破口与着力点,在转型过程中,学校应致力于形成“驾驭核心—制度设计—学术资本”的持续转型动力,并应架构“学术生产系统——创业管理系统”两维一体的管理模式。而政府应该树立高等教育多样化的政策导向,对创业型大学进行给予政策与资源的倾斜,并以协同创新计划为契机进一步推进创业型大学的建设。
[Abstract]:This study originates from the solution of the special phenomenon that the construction of entrepreneurial universities is mostly local colleges and universities in China, and focuses on the concrete practice of the transformation from local universities to entrepreneurial universities. The research tries to solve two problems. One is the theoretical problem of the transition from local universities to entrepreneurial universities, that is, what entrepreneurial universities are, and why local colleges can and should be transformed into entrepreneurial universities; Second, through the pioneering and innovative efforts of Zhejiang Agricultural and Forestry University to activate the academic heart, the beneficial exploration of Fuzhou University for the development of the periphery, and the vivid practice of Yiwu Polytechnic Institute of Business and Technology breaking out of the circle with entrepreneurship education, To refract the deductive way of university entrepreneurial transformation in Chinese context. The first chapter, the second chapter, is the theoretical rake chapter, the article begins with the exploration of the origin of the pioneering universities in Europe and the United States, and analyzes its logical causes and practical inducements. It is pointed out that the requirement of the goal of building an innovative country is the special background of the rise of entrepreneurial universities in China. The paper holds that entrepreneurial university is a university with independent innovation spirit and initiative change spirit running through all the time. It has certain internal rules on the function and organization characteristic, that is, it requires the talent training of university to emphasize the awakening of innovation consciousness and the linkage of entrepreneurship education. Emphasizing the agglomeration of effectiveness and capital benefit of academic production, at the same time, emphasizing the construction of organizational structure which is good at activating academic creativity and transforming power, and emphasizing the organizational management characteristics of conflict management, as well as the inclusiveness and openness of the whole school, The formation of innovative cultural atmosphere. The third chapter is the link between the preceding chapter and the following chapter. It analyzes the contrast between the theoretical tendency of "entrepreneurial university is the patent of research university" and the reality that "our country puts forward the goal of entrepreneurial university construction is the local university". It is believed that the entrepreneurial university is not the patent of the research university, but it is an important factor that decides the local universities with average strength, not the research universities with strong strength, to put forward the entrepreneurial transformation, and worries that the demotion of the school status by this formulation is the important factor that determines the average strength of the local colleges and universities in our country. This paper holds that the diversity of entrepreneurial universities and the difficulties in the survival of local universities indicate that entrepreneurial universities are a strategic choice for the transformation of local colleges and universities. Chapter four, chapter five and chapter six are case analysis chapters. The research is carried out through interviews with relevant officials in various colleges and universities, as well as tracking, collection and analysis of materials such as policy texts, news historical materials, conference speeches, etc. This paper analyzes and discusses the transformation of Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University, Fuzhou University and Yiwu Polytechnic College. The paper holds that Zhejiang Agriculture and Forestry University has carried on fruitful exploration and innovation in activating the academic heart, Fuzhou University has formed beneficial exploration in widening the periphery of development, and Yiwu Polytechnic College has broken through with entrepreneurship education. In the seventh chapter, through the summary and analysis of the transition experience of three typical universities, it is concluded that the transformation of local universities to entrepreneurial universities should take the activation of academic heart as the breakthrough point and focus of the transformation of local colleges and universities, and in the process of transformation, The school should devote itself to forming the power of continuous transformation of "managing the core-system design-academic capital", and should construct the management mode of "academic production system-entrepreneurship management system". The government should set up the policy direction of diversification of higher education, give policy and resources to entrepreneurial universities, and further promote the construction of entrepreneurial universities with the opportunity of cooperative innovation plan.
