大学生职业生涯规划:职业咨询案例报告

【摘要】：刚进入大二的学习,却发现自己更喜欢其他的专业,可是对新专业的学习又没有足够的信心,来寻者纠结于是否应该转专业,对未来的发展也是一片茫然。根据职业生涯规划的信息加工理论(CIP),引导来询者分别对自我、工作世界进行探索,学会理性决策方法和目标制定,并且努力将自己的行动力和目标统一起来,最终明确自己的职业生涯规划,能制定相应的短中长期目标,使自己对未来有一个清晰地把握。同时,鼓励其树立生涯动态平衡的观点,在实践过程中,做好灵活应对,及时评估和调整。
[Abstract]:Just entered sophomore study, but found that they prefer other majors, but not enough confidence in the study of new majors, to find out whether they should change major, the future development is also a blank. According to the information processing theory of career planning, (CIP), guides the interrogators to explore themselves and the world of work, learn to make rational decision methods and goals, and try to unify their actions and goals. Finally, we can define our career plan, make the short-medium-term goals, so that we can have a clear understanding of the future. At the same time, we encourage them to set up the view of dynamic balance of their career, and in the process of practice, to do a good job of flexible response, timely evaluation and adjustment.
