基于SEM的高校科研团队知识共享水平影响因素研究

【摘要】:知识经济时代,知识是组织获得竞争力的关键和高级要素,受到组织极大重视,知识管理成为各界人士关注的焦点。高校科研团队以高校为依托,是国家创新主体的重要组成部分,探索影响高校科研团队知识共享水平的因素具有重要意义。知识被共享后不仅不会减少,反而会创造更大的价值,如何实现科研团队内部的知识共享成为越来越多的学者研究的重点。 本文以高校科研团队为研究对象,致力于研究高校科研团队知识共享水平的影响因素。首先,对高校科研团队、知识共享等方面的已有研究进行了综述,建立本文的理论研究框架。在理论研究的基础上,从知识共享过程角度出发构建了高校科研团队知识共享水平的影响因素模型,从知识共享主体、知识特性、知识共享渠道、知识共享环境四个维度出发阐述他们对知识共享水平的作用机制,提出研究假设。参考和借鉴大量的研究成果,设计了调查问卷,对收集的调查数据进行描述性统计分析并检验其信度和效度,样本的基本统计信息表明样本具有较好的代表性,同时经过检验发现样本具有较高的信度和效度。在数据搜集与检验的基础上,采用结构方程模型对已构建的研究框架和理论假设进行实证分析,根据模型适配指标看出假设模型与实际观察数据之间具有较好的拟合度,假设模型可以被接受,高校科研团队知识共享水平的影响因素可以从知识共享主体、知识特性、知识共享渠道和知识共享环境四个维度进行分析,这四个因素对高校科研团队知识共享水平的影响大致相当,,其中知识共享渠道的因素负荷量相对较大,对知识共享水平产生较为显著性正向影响。最后,从各个影响因素角度提出了提升高校科研团队知识共享水平的对策。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge is the key and advanced factor for an organization to gain competitiveness, and it has been attached great importance to by organizations. Knowledge management has become the focus of attention of people from all walks of life. The scientific research team in colleges and universities is an important part of the main body of national innovation, so it is of great significance to explore the factors that affect the knowledge sharing level of the scientific research teams in colleges and universities. Knowledge sharing not only will not reduce, but will create greater value, how to achieve knowledge sharing within the scientific research team has become the focus of more and more scholars. This paper takes the scientific research team as the research object, devotes to study the influence factor of the university scientific research team knowledge sharing level. Firstly, the existing research on scientific research team and knowledge sharing in colleges and universities is reviewed, and the theoretical framework of this paper is established. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper constructs a model of influencing factors on the level of knowledge sharing of scientific research teams in colleges and universities from the point of view of knowledge sharing process, from the aspects of knowledge sharing subject, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing channels. The four dimensions of knowledge sharing environment explain the mechanism of their action on knowledge sharing level, and put forward the research hypothesis. Referring to a large number of research results, a questionnaire is designed to analyze and test the reliability and validity of the collected survey data. The basic statistical information of the sample shows that the sample has a better representation. At the same time, it was found that the sample had higher reliability and validity. On the basis of data collection and test, the structural equation model is used to analyze the established research framework and theoretical hypothesis. According to the fitting index of the model, it is shown that there is a good fit between the hypothetical model and the observed data. Assuming that the model can be accepted, the factors influencing the level of knowledge sharing of scientific research teams in colleges and universities can be analyzed from four dimensions: knowledge sharing subject, knowledge characteristics, knowledge sharing channels and knowledge sharing environment. These four factors have a similar effect on the knowledge sharing level of scientific research teams in colleges and universities. The factors of knowledge sharing channel are relatively large and have a significant positive impact on the level of knowledge sharing. Finally, the countermeasures to improve the knowledge sharing level of scientific research teams in colleges and universities are put forward from the point of view of various influencing factors.
