基于高校特色教育视野中的价值观教育研究

【摘要】：大学的特色教育是学校的核心竞争力之一，是衡量一所学校人才质量及办学水平的标志之一，在很大程度上体现了学校的社会声誉，彰显高校的特色人才魅力。在社会教育资源有限的情况下，高校发展应该从自身的现实指导思想、历史渊源及学校所处的社会角色出发，，明确特色优势，实现师生资源的优化配置，以正确的价值观教育为导向，从而突出办学特色。时代发展对人才的需求，不仅仅是停留在大学生理论素养层面，更重要的是需要大学生在校期间逐步完善的价值体系和正确的价值取向为指导。因此，构建大学生价值观教育的崭新模式，需要科学系统的理论指导，不断探索大学生价值观教育的目标体系和内容结构，通过适时的改革和创新，在机遇和挑战中建设大学生价值观教育这一伟大工程，也是新时期研究和探讨大学生价值观教育工作中艰巨而重要的任务。以对传统教育方式的继承和调整创新为基础，通过借鉴国外青年价值观教育先进的思想方法和实践经验，努力探索运用新的方法。本文采用理论与实践相结合的方法，遵循综合概括和继承创新的原则，从理论基础与实践操作两个层面设计安排了论文内容。在理论层面上，把价值观的本质及其基本问题作为全文的理论基础；在实践操作层面上，提出具体培养措施，从特色教育的课程管理、特色教学方法及特色校园文化建设等方面实施具有高效特色的价值观教育。
[Abstract]:The characteristic education of the university is one of the core competitiveness of the school and one of the symbols to measure the quality and the level of running a school. To a great extent, it reflects the social reputation of the school and highlights the charisma of the characteristic talents of the university. Under the situation of limited social educational resources, the development of colleges and universities should proceed from their own realistic guiding ideology, historical origin and social role of the school, make clear the characteristic advantages, and realize the optimal allocation of teachers and students' resources. Take the correct values education as the guidance, thus outstanding school running characteristic. The demand for talents in the development of the times is not only to stay at the level of college students' theoretical literacy, but also to be guided by the gradual improvement of the value system and the correct value orientation during the period of college students. Therefore, the construction of a new model of value education for college students needs the guidance of scientific and systematic theory, the continuous exploration of the target system and content structure of value education for college students, and the timely reform and innovation. The great project of constructing the value education of college students in the opportunity and challenge is also an arduous and important task in the research and discussion of the value education of college students in the new period. On the basis of inheriting and adjusting and innovating the traditional way of education, this paper tries to explore and apply the new method by drawing lessons from the advanced ideological methods and practical experience of foreign youth value education. This paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice, follows the principle of comprehensive generalization and inheritance and innovation, and arranges the contents of the thesis from two aspects: theoretical foundation and practical operation. On the theoretical level, it takes the essence of the values and its basic problems as the theoretical basis of the full text, and puts forward the concrete training measures from the aspect of practice and operation to manage the curriculum of the characteristic education. The characteristic teaching method and the characteristic campus culture construction carry out the value education with the high efficiency characteristic.
