河南省大学生创业倾向影响因素实证研究

【摘要】：近几年来，随着社会经济的发展，大学生创业逐渐成为备受社会各界关注的热点问题，引起国内外学者的研究以及政府支持。大学生是宝贵的人力资源，研究、鼓励和扶持大学生自主创业，，不仅有助于大学生就业和实现科技成果转化，增强我国的自主创新能力，而且对于我省实施人力资源战略和深化高校教育模式改革都具有重要的意义。 本文在国内外学者研究的基础上，对高校的大学生创业倾向进行实证研究，并对河南省在校大学生进行了调研获取数据，利用因子分析、结构方程模型研究影响大学生创业倾向的因素以及各因素对创业倾向的影响程度。通过分析我们可以得出：技术知识资源要素重要性认知、社会环境和创业态度对创业意识倾向和创业行动倾向产生正向影响；外部支持要素重要性认知和经济形势的良好感知与创业意识倾向和创业行动倾向呈现负相关关系；创业态度在技术知识要素、经济形势、社会环境的影响中起到中介作用，创业态度在经济形势和社会环境变量对创业意识倾向和行动倾向的影响中起到部分中介效应，而技术知识要素对创业意识的作用是通过创业态度实现的。 本文在实证研究的基础上从政府、学校、学生三个方面提出进一步提高大学生的创业倾向水平的对策建议：政府作为创业政策的指导者，应继续加大、加深大学生创业优惠措施，优化创业环境；学校作为大学生创业技能的培训基地，应加强学生创业教育，强化对国家创业政策的宣传；学生作为创业的主体，应提高自身素质来增强创业能力，确定好项目定位以及善于发掘现有的社会资本，家人亲朋作为影响大学生创业倾向的主要因素之一，应该转变现有的传统观念，对其进行扶持和鼓励。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of social economy, college students' entrepreneurship has gradually become a hot issue that has been concerned by all walks of life, which has aroused the research of domestic and foreign scholars and the support of the government. College students are valuable human resources. To study, encourage and support college students to start their own businesses is not only helpful for college students to obtain employment and realize the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, but also to enhance the ability of independent innovation in our country. Moreover, it is of great significance for our province to implement human resource strategy and deepen the reform of higher education model. Based on the research of scholars at home and abroad, this paper makes an empirical study on the entrepreneurial tendency of college students, and makes a survey of the college students in Henan Province to obtain the data, and makes use of factor analysis. The structural equation model is used to study the factors that affect the entrepreneurial tendency of college students and the degree of influence of each factor on the entrepreneurial propensity. Through the analysis, we can conclude that: the importance of technological knowledge resources, social environment and entrepreneurial attitude have a positive impact on entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial behavior; The good perception of the importance of external support factors and economic situation has a negative correlation with entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial behavior. Entrepreneurship attitude plays an intermediary role in the influence of technical knowledge factors, economic situation and social environment. Entrepreneurial attitude plays an intermediary role in the influence of economic situation and social environmental variables on entrepreneurial awareness and action tendency, while the effect of technical knowledge on entrepreneurial awareness is realized through entrepreneurial attitude. On the basis of empirical research, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the entrepreneurial tendency of college students from three aspects of government, school and students: the government, as the guide of entrepreneurship policy, should continue to increase, As the training base of college students' entrepreneurial skills, we should strengthen the students' entrepreneurship education, strengthen the publicity of the national entrepreneurship policy, and the students as the main body of entrepreneurship. We should improve our own quality to enhance our entrepreneurial ability, define the project orientation and be good at exploring the existing social capital. Family and friends are one of the main factors that influence college students' entrepreneurial tendency, so we should change the existing traditional ideas. Support and encourage them.
