基于胜任力的思想政治教育创新研究

【摘要】：科技日新月益的今天,思想政治教育面临着挑战。传统思想政治教育所面临的问题,是时代发展变化的问题,是教育对象内在发展的问题,是需与时俱进、一切从实际出发的问题,这些问题的妥善解决与否,直接影响着思想政治教育能否顺利发展,思想政治教育工作能否顺利开展。而要解决这些问题,创新思想政治教育是势在必行的。思想政治教育创新需从理念、原则、体制、机制、方法、途径等方面进行,这些方面的创新发展,可以为思想政治教育顺利发展提供条件,为教育中国特色社会主义事业接班人提供动力。 如何实现思想政治教育的创新发展是本文的重点。面对社会日益尊重人才和大学生扩招的实际情况,把思想政治教育与企业相结合就成为了本文的突破点。存在于企业的胜任力概念,在企业的发展中越来越受到人们的重视,胜任力强调人们对岗位的胜任,强调人们在岗位上发挥才能,强调岗位工作者绩优者与普通者的差别。通过胜任力的培养,可以让人们适应工作岗位,适应企业,适应社会,挖掘人们的才能,塑造人们的品格,使之不只能把工作做完,而且能做好。面对胜任力的这些情况,思想政治教育与胜任力的结合是解决传统思想政治教育问题的一条路径。 基于胜任力的思想政治教育创新,就是在分析二者结合的可行性、必要性、传统思想政治教育不足和胜任力培养对思想政治教育的优化作用的基础上,用胜任力的内容和特点促进思想政治教育的创新,通过创新为思想政治教育的未来开辟新道路。在分析二者结合的可行性和必要性的时候,以二者的理论基础为基点,在共同理论基础的指导下,去完成二者的结合。二者的结合是一种新形势下的新发展,二者相互促进,相互作用。思想政治教育与胜任力的结合是时代的需要,是人才战略的需要,是人的全面发展的需要,者的结合能够给思想政治教育的发展带来新的启示。
[Abstract]:Science and technology day new moon benefits today, the ideological and political education faces the challenge. The problems faced by the traditional ideological and political education are the development and change of the times, the internal development of the educational objects, the need to keep pace with the times, all the practical problems, and whether these problems can be properly solved. It directly affects the development of ideological and political education and the smooth development of ideological and political education. In the face of the society's increasing respect for talents and college students' enrollment expansion, the combination of ideological and political education and enterprises has become the breakthrough point of this paper. The concept of competence, which exists in enterprises, has been paid more and more attention to in the development of enterprises. Competence emphasizes the competence of people to the post, emphasizes the ability of people in the post, and emphasizes the difference between the excellent person and the ordinary person. Through the cultivation of competence, we can make people adapt to the job, the enterprise, the society, excavate people's ability, mold people's character, make it not only finish the work, but also do it well. In the face of these circumstances, the combination of ideological and political education and competence is a way to solve the problem of traditional ideological and political education. The innovation of ideological and political education based on competence is based on the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of the two, the deficiency of traditional ideological and political education and the optimized function of competence training on ideological and political education. The content and characteristics of competence are used to promote the innovation of ideological and political education and to open up a new way for the future of ideological and political education through innovation. In the analysis of the feasibility and necessity of the combination of the two, based on the theoretical basis of the two, under the guidance of the common theoretical basis, to complete the combination of the two. The combination of the two is a new development under the new situation, the two promote each other and interact with each other. The combination of ideological and political education and competence is the need of the times, the need of talent strategy and the need of the all-round development of human beings.
