【摘要】:教师专业发展事关高校的兴衰,推动和支持教师专业发展是高校的战略任务。斯坦福大学在教师专业发展方面的基本思路是引导、推动、支持教师多样化、自主式发展;教师专业发展的制度设计上凸显了分段、全方位特征,力求推动教师专业发展中部门之间的分工协作;教师专业发展资源体系采取"线上+线下"结合模式,力求为教师专业发展提供资源支持;通过教师成长的"帮扶"机制建设,力求为教师专业发展提供实时咨询和帮助。斯坦福大学教师专业发展成功的原因在于:终身教职制度为教师专业发展提供了"动力"和"压力",保证了教师专业发展的效能;资源组织和管理支持为教师专业发展提供了坚实的保障;基于发展主题的"项目制"提升了教师专业发展的针对性和实效性。
